I placed a order on Meesho on 14th march Water purifier and on 17th march it was delivered to me when I opened the box there were pieces of wood and thermocol inside then I contacted customer care and they made a complaint on the of 18th march 11:41pm they issued refund .. but now it’s 23rd of march and I haven’t received any refund from Meesho when I call them they put me on long hold they asked me for bank statement I provided them but now they are putting me long holds 36minutes and long .. putting mental pressure on me I’m so much stressed please help me
