I have done a transaction through credit card for meesho on[protected] at 12:01 AM. The order is not placed but the amount got deducted from my credit card. I have ordered 5 items- saree, earpick, duppatta, necklace set and handbag from meesho. Total amount for the 5 items is 846/- and Transaction ID: [protected]. I have contacted the credit card customer care and they are saying that the amount has been settled to the meesho. I am contacting the meesho customer care but there is no proper response from meesho customer care. Please refund my money as soon as possible. You can also confirm the payment from the below attached images and pdf. Please look into the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible. Kindly give me the update on the same.
