Meesho — Regarding a fraud transaction

There was a payment made to the meesho portal for placing an order on 9th October 2022. Then I received a product and it does not met the expectations. So I returned it and they issued a refund. However, till now there is no update of refund. I have contacted my bank that is SBI but they do not have any information about the same. Contacted Meesho multiple times, however, they use to give time frame, nothing more. Also once I received a call from a fraud person says that he is from meesho backoffice and will be refunding my amount that is pending. He was having all my meesho details and then he hacked my account and 19999 was debited from my credit card. It is a safety concern that meesho is not safe. Also I lost my huge money and no refund is done till now of any amount.
