I have ordered a red saree with order id[protected] on 24 may worth rs 606 by cash on delivery mode and the delivery of that product was successful but on the next day I have received a product by meesho which was not ordered by me with same order id[protected] .as I was not at home at that moment, my sister received the product and again pay rs 606 and product in that parcel was completely different as I thought that company has by mistake delivery red saree twice.later on I was found that the invoice of 2nd product was photocopy of first bill.
I am unable to return it as it is not showing in my order history...many times I have to tried to call tha executive of company but no satisfactory reply given...kindly solve my issue... Was this information helpful? |
