Meesho — Regarding payment not confirmed problem

I have ordereda shirt on meesho on 31st May 2023. During payment, the amount of RS 315 got deducted from my account but the order is not placed on meesho.

I need the refund of the amount deducted.

I contacted the customer care support but they didn't resolve my issue.

Please check and help me get the refund.
