Meesho — Regarding Refunded money not get in account

Hi,

I had purchased a saree from Meesho but I received a diffrent color so I returned that prodcut to Meesho on dated[protected]. I received message from company side on dated[protected] that amount has been credited in my account but till now I didn't get my amount.
Request you to please take action against this.

Please find the transaction details and msg i received from meesho in attachment.
