I ordere a dupatta set order no. [protected] on 24th November from Meesho app. It was delivered to me on 28th November. It was loose in size so I put this order on return through meesho app. But till now no pickup man has come to pick this returned order. When I complained about this to their customer care, they told me that in their system it is shown that the order is not delivered yet. They told me to resolve the problem in 4-5 days. But today in app it is showing that the delivery man was unable to deliver the order and the order has been returned to the supplier. And now I am unable to return this order and get the refund.
