Order id #[protected].pickup over yesterday around 2.30pm but still in app not updated pickupover.pickup is done by shadowfax courier awb Num:R[protected]FPL.but yesterday they updated customer not contactable and rescheduled Pick up today and today showing out for pickup today but in real yesterday itself they collected pickup parcel and updating wrong status.from yesterday calling meesho and asking to take action against this but meesho help centre they are not ready to take complaint by saying one or other reasons and to wait 24hrs then will take but now when calling to help centre 1s time after 24hrs over they asked to wait they will chk but no reply.2nd time when called disturbance only no reply from other end.
Please meesho solve problem with shadowfax and arrange refund soon.we tried shadowfax number([protected]) from which we received call yesterday to keep parcel ready for pickup but now they are not receiving call Was this information helpful? |
