I have ordered Matte Finish 5 in 1 Lipstick 7.5G and ADS eye care kajal and BLACK EYELINER YANQINA 36 HRS GM 3 ml and Colorbar Blend-Itude Makeup Sponge, and blue herbal red sindoor combo pack on 21st aug 2022, when is have received I saw the lipstick is all melted and damaged. I have place return request. But still date pick is not done nore they are refunding my amount. Call center are asking me to do courier from my side they will not raise any complain nor they will do pick up. It was not informed earlier that pick up facility is not there I won't do order than.
