I am, a regular customer of Meesho online shopping. The product to return was picked up by a delivery partner (order no:[protected] and i haven't got my refund yet.When i checked my order history in meesho app the status was updated as the return was cancelled by the delivery partner. I got the confirmation message regarding refund after the product was picked up. Several times i contacted the help centre, but a working email id or a platform to register the complaint was not available. Was this information helpful? |
