I have ordered a pair of fruit baskets from Meesho. After receiving the order at the address provided I noticed that a product was missing from the order I placed. After complaining they refunded me for one of the missing products.
I see that the one quantity out of the two that I received is damaged so I placed a return request. Surprisingly the pickup address especially the PINCODE automatically changed itself which was different from the PINCODE I provided.
As I was unable to change the address as it was automatically taking some other PINCODE for the pick up, I explained this to Meesho customer care. However, they refused to help me with the return and refund by saying that this was not possible and they couldn't help from their end and asked me to edit the address which I was unable to do because of the number of times I tried to change it and there was no use later as after some time my return limit was exhausted and was unable to initiate the return request.
The customer care didn't listen to me fully and hung up abruptly.
