Meesho — Shirt ordered ,received but returned due to size and poor quality

On[protected] placed order for a shirt OrderID:[protected], Received after a week, poor quality and size is not adequate. But Paid Rs.356. Immediately informed them, they had asked my account no then they credited just Rs.1(ONE). then their E-comex courier guy picked up the shirt (I returned). But till date Balance amount is NOT credited. Could not find a way to communicate them. My Name: PRABHAKARAN :[protected]
