Meesho — Some person is harassing me by ordering COD and meesho is not giving his/ her detail or taking any action

For some couple of days someone is ordering from his/ her account with delivery adress as my home and my name.
When called on meesho customer care, they are hanging up the call directly after listen to the situation .they are not taking any action or not even sharing the account from which the order has arrived under my name and contact.
