Meesho — Supplier Compensation pending for more the 45 days

Hello everyone,
I'm a supplier of Meesho, one of my shipments was marked as lost by meesho and I am not able to receive my compensation of the said shipment.I contacted meessho support but in vain.
Ticket I'd : 37320900
I contact Meesho every day but they are useless fellows over there
They never resolved my issue.
