Meesho — Two products of the same colour ordered but receive we receive one product and no refund for the second product

Many times I have ordered in Meesho. But when order two products of the same colour, the client sends only one product and other will be missing and we need to be behind the customer care for the refund. This has happened to many of my friends too. It is a cheater app. Now they say my claim for the money which i have paid online is unacceptable. I don't what to do. Please do stop such shopping apps like Meesho which is swindling the money of customers
