Meesho — Unfair to reject refund for seller for wrong return

Hi,
As I raised ticket 56815739 for the wrong return I received instead of
my product, Your team is not processing my refund request.. I have all
the proofs with me. Without my mistake, I'm not willing to lose my
products.. This the Third time I lost and claim not get approved. This
time I'm not going to tolerate. Please get to know whose mistake it is...
