I ordered a shirt from meesho through online payment of Rs. 265 and without being dilivered the product they updated the status of the product as delivered.
Without any prior message, phone call or without sharing OTP by me how the product can be dilivered and they just updated it as dilivered . When I opened the app after 2 days to saw my product tracking it was showing me that it is dilivered .when I complaint them against this they kept saying to me to wait and 7-8 days they have sent me a email saying that "you should had to register complaint within 48 hrs and now we can't do anything." If they can't do anything then who will be responsible for the money that I have paid for the product (shirt)...
And without any prior information how did I got to know that meesho has updated the status as dilivered and 48 hrs. Was this information helpful? |
