I ordered a product but delivered totally different product. I initiated return but pickup guy refused to pickup and told me to get customer support. I called customer support, they initiated return and again pickup guy refused as they are not matching with the product to be returned in his phone. I called customer care again and this happens for 3 times after which customer care agent told me that they can’t return this order as they are not matching with the policy of the company.
