I had ordered a red & white t-shirt from Meesho on 19/06/23 which was delivered in 23/06/23 (sub order Id[protected]_1). But a totally wrong product was delivered. On raising a return request, the pick up boy refused to accept the product because QC check fail. The calls to customer care was not very fruitful as some said that it is not possible to return the product. However, for the multiple return requests raised, the pick up person refused to accept the product.
I am facing this issue for the 2nd time while returning a product that has been wrongly delivered.
I don’t want to lose my hard earned money for no fault of mine.
Also, the customer care at Meesho are not ready to escalate to issue to higher level as well. It seems as if they are not at all interested in resolving the issues as I keep getting different reposes every time I call them.
