Meesho — Wrong product not returned and refund not received

I am complaining against Meesho. I had placed an order of Grey Lehenga on 8.12.2020 for my friend and wrong product was delivered after payment. However, when I raised a complaint, the seller marked the product cancelled.
Since then, I have made repeated requests to Meesho help support, mailed to [protected]@meesho as well as call, along with invoice and image of wrong product delivered, but nothing has been resolved. The money is not being refunded and the wrong product is not picked up.
