I ordered a Rayon Anarkali gown from Meesho order id[protected] on 26th July. I received a package today 2nd August at 10 am. There were multiple envelopes inside and finally in the last package inside there was an old saree. I immediately booked a return request as “Wrong product received” but the pickup man refused to pick up because “the product was not the same”. Obviously. That WAS my reason for returning. I spoke to customer care and they said they can do nothing and there is no escalation mechanism. This is straight out fraud. Please help me get my refund.
