I had called customer care and on their advised submitted a written complaint about overcharging by driver and non receipt of the invoice for a ride I took from Delhi international airport to Noida Sector 14 on June 2. I received an acknowledgment of my complaint and I was promised immediate action. But, my several reminders hence has not produced a response nor has the invoice come.

The acknowledgment I received below -
Dear Venu,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during your recent ride with Mega Cabs on the night of June 2nd.
We understand your concern regarding the fare discrepancy.
As per your conversation with our customer service team, the billed amount should have been approximately ₹1200, not ₹1550 as charged by the driver.
We take such incidents seriously and have initiated an internal investigation into the matter.
Appropriate action will be taken against the driver involved based on our findings.
In the meantime, we have noted your UPI details ([protected]@pz) and will process the reimbursement of the excess amount of ₹350 at the earliest. You will be notified once the transaction is complete.
We truly appreciate your patience and assure you that we are committed to ensuring fair and transparent service.
