Meghana Travels — Not intimating cancellation of bus in prior and not providing alternative journey method

I have booked 2 tickets for my parents who are around 60years age from Hyderabad to Kakinada on a day @9:40pm. They called me around 3:00pm and said they cancelled the bus I have booked for in a very informal manner. I asked them to book the tickets for another bus as it is high time for me to get another bus for my aged parents, the person replied very rudely saying that he have no need to post this message. How can a big organization person talk to a customer like that? He said money will be returned and don't argue and book another bus. Is this a way to talk to a customer? I hope some action will be taken on this. It's not related to the matter of money. It's related to values of the person and the organization.

Hi Team, Bus No: TS 08 UD 4492 from Hyderabad to Komarole, date 29th July, Suddenly AC stopped working. Driver and Cleaner behaved very rudely on passengers saying passengers should travel with out proper Air as I said AC not working. Some of the people are very suffered. Some child's are also there.
He is a cheap fellow and doesn't know how to talk with customers.take immediate action else you loose customers and get had bad name on travels. I am requesting you to choose another person for this post but not like person. He has a cheap character. If you do not take action no one will go through meghana travels from ndl.
