Bus Breakdown

I was travelling from Hyderabad to Native village last night, I booked AR 01 G 2666 Bus number of Meghana travels from makemytrip Website .At mrng 2:30am after reaching 150km Bus diesel is leaking, So they stopped the bus on the road and told mechanic is coming to repair the bus, Mechanic came at mrng 6:00am and did repair, Again after reaching 30km Diesel is leaking from the bus, And they told we cant run these bus, Owner is not answering any calls, Driver told i cant do anything all the passengers are at the middle of the road dont know what we have to do, Everyone slowly Asking lift and going their destination.One of the worst situation faced due to these travels, All are shouting on the driver they didnt react to anyone, Bus is very bad condition And is not in proper condition and Driver itself telling so many times happend like these they are repairing the same bus and kept for trip, Again they are using same bus for next trip .Please take necessary action, On that day i have seen real struggle of old people, Small kids even in that bus there is no water bottles also, They all are struggled to drink water also .

Change of the bus without intimation

This is regarding horrible service by Meghana Travels. I booked a ticket to travel from Hyderabad to Giddalur in a Non AC bus, i deliberately booked a non AC bus as I get nausea, headache and vomits in AC bus.
Now the issue was they had changed my seat to AC bus without prior intimation and confirmation, I got to know about the change after reaching the boarding point.
When told my problem, they were bluntly said there was a technical problem with non AC bus, and carelessly asked me to travel if I want else asked me to cancel
That was the worst experience I ever faced, it was not only a bus change they have changed my seat number also which was completely last corner seat where I saw hell with sudden moves and closed environment. It was clearly unacceptable and irresponsible service from a travel
Not sure, how these travel services are monitered and it's guild lines, but there should be strict action on them

careless towards passenger
We booked non ac ticket but without any intimation they changed to ac which is not comfortable for my mother in the winter season. And in between when bus got breakdown early morning around 3.30am they moved everyone to another bus in hurry manner. The worst part is due to their bus breakdown and delay they are not ready to drop the passengers at their destinations after having long discussion with my mother who is a retired person she offer some money even though the person said it’s not about the money only about time and traffic he came back after some time and asked more amount and finally they dropped.. Are you guys worried about passengers safety or money? They are very careless towards passengers and they are not ready to drop the passengers where they booked ticket and the worst part they will change their bus like they want without prior notice. Don’t prefer meghana travels anymore.

dropped at lb nagar ring road without any update

I am Emmanuel Salakaneete booked the below tickets from Giddalur to Hyderabad. I have to get down at Kukatpally Y junction. I have traveled on bus number AR 01T 0333. This bus has been chased and stopped by RTA inspector around 7:30 AM IST. Police inspector has told us that the bus has been seized and they took bus driver along with them because MEGHANA TRAVELS has not paid the road taxes. I have waited till 8:15 AM and was helpless. Finally i have to book an OLA Auto along with my luggage. The person who was waiting at Y junction around 6:30 AM to pick me up left the place as i was late. Hence i have to book an auto and reach my home. I have reached my home around 9:30 AM IST. Because of this issue i have undergone a lot of pressure and missed my office and additionally spent 600 RS for OLA auto which is an additional burden for me.
I kindly request you to reimburse this additional charges 600 RS which i have to paid because of your negligence. If this is not reimbursed necessary actions will be taken from my end legally.

refund not received at all
I'm from East godawari. I have booked meghana travels from amalapuram to Hyderabad. Journey date is on Saturday ie November 17th online.
I was received message from them like vehicle is breakdown. Message attached.
I have called many times to them to get clarification on moneyback, but not responding.
Still I didn't receive money from them. Not only money even they didn't called me back.

rescheduling without proper intimation

I booked ticket from Hyd to Ravulapalem on 6/11/2018. Initially it was assigned to kkd bus, but later they changed it to amalapuram bus on the day of travel.
When tried to reach the customer care they do not pick up. I booked ticket through Paytm they keep call on hold.
I do understand sometimes there will re scheduling the bus, but they need have minimum common sense to update the details of rescheduled bus timings and contact details of the bus.
They did not provide details and customer care will not respond properly.
I do not recommend Meghana Travels anymore.

Don't try meghana travels.yesterday we 30 passengers stayed on road for 3 hrs as bus got stopped and driver's went away and all numbers switched off and no response.Dont prefer meghana travels they charge more and worst bus.It happened twice and I am also attaching screenshots.I will post all these in social media also.

Worst timing ... And driver neglegence. This iss bharath from porumamilla ... The bus actual time is 9. 55. Pm... Its came to the 10. 45 pm... This is 3rd time I was gain this prob.. Pls rectify it... The drivers are very nnegleted... Pls rectify this prob... Thank you

I had booked a ticket on 23/09/2018 from hyderabad to mandapeta through redbus (Service provider meghana travels).
I had received message from meghana travels on 03/10/2018 stating that journey was cancelled due to bus breakdown.
Immediately, i have contacted the redbus and explained then the same. It was informed to me that it has been escalated and concerned team will get back to me on this.
I haven't heard anything from them on the status and i have raised complaints through mobile app and called the customer care several times. It was informed to me that meghana travels are not responding to redbus calls and emails and they are not updating them about the alternatives.
I was surprised that redbus is not in position to get the proper information from the travel operator. I called the redbus customer care on 05/10/2018 and asked them to update me on the same. After speaking to an executive nehal, he said that he tried reaching the meghana travels but there is no response. He informed me that his floor manager will get back to me in 1 hr and update me on the status.
After 1 hour 30 mins, i had received a call from arbaaz and said the same that meghana travels is not responding again to his calls.
I spoke to him for almost 20 minutes and ordered him to give me a resolution that minute itself. After placing my call on hold for few minutes, he said he had a word with the bus operator and i was informed that bus got cancelled and amount will be refunded.
Why these guys are so irresponsible?
Can't they inform the clients about the status after the cancellation?
When they charge us if we cancel the bus journey then we have a right to question them if the mistake is from thier end...
Why everytime customer has to suffer? Even if they cancel the journey or if cancel the booking.
Now i will not get the same kind of bus, with same fare, with same timings and same class.
Keeping all this aside, i was surprised after checking their website that same bus which got cancelled due to service breakdown is available to book the tickets and the fare is 1500 earlier it was 950.
I have attached all the screenshots for your reference.
Why they are cheating us?
I demand an explanation on this.

Ac vents are sealed in my seat. Curtains, bed sheets, blankets are not washed. Addition to that mosquitoes. Most importantly boarding point has changed. To reach the bus it costed me 150rs additional... ...

my ticket is cancelled just before the bus boarding time and no response from travels

I need help in taking action against meghana travels.I have originally booked a bus ticket for 24/1/2018 on 15/1/2018. That bus is cancelled just two hours before the bus time and when u contacted the customer care they responded saying that you can do a fresh booking which cost is around 2500 and the bus i originally booked is 700.
Please help me fighting against this

Its pathatic that AP 23 Y 0333 bus was breakdown and left passengers in the. Midddle, travels managment was not even responding its worse situation we are on the road from 12:00 O clock now the time is 04:00 clock

I booked ticket from bangalore to vijayawada and had never been in such a worst situation with any other travels. Bus left without picking me at the boarding point. Driver don't even have a minimum common sense to call passenger if he is not in the seat, hope he might sold the seat since it is sankranthi, guys never book with meghana travels they wont call you.

Meghana travels are worst that i have seen in my career, they have changed my bus from a sleep class to normal semi sleeper without intimating me and charged for sleeper class. Its disgusting even the rude behaviour of conductor and driver

I booked ticket from bangalore to bloatware and had never been in such a worst situation with any other travels. Bus left without picking me at the boarding point. Driver don't even have a minimum common sense to call passenger if he is not in the seat, hope he might sold the seat since it is sankranthi, guys never book with meghana travels they wont call you.

We have booked a bus ticket from Hyderabad to chinchinada and the driver asked us to get down in vijayawada and wanted us to go by ourselvs and in the middle of the night by 02:00 am in the morning with my family and kept our languages in an apsrtc bus with out our knowdlege

This is kartheek iam traveling hyd to gudiwada. Maganana travel. I am booking a ticket l17middle but it's change front line with out intimation. No one responded and talks ruldy to me. He traveled person telling me i[censored] want journey adujust other wise leave the bus. And bus is worst qulity. I am suffering and with out sleep mid night. I was waiting at. Bulkampet temple as per their guidelines, the bus left me without pickup me, when I call back to the persons they replied very rude and said like we are at some place come here if not bus will leave, I spend extra money to catch the bus.. worse ever travel is meghana travels

Not intimating cancellation of bus in prior and not providing alternative journey method

I have booked 2 tickets for my parents who are around 60years age from Hyderabad to Kakinada on a day @9:40pm. They called me around 3:00pm and said they cancelled the bus I have booked for in a very informal manner. I asked them to book the tickets for another bus as it is high time for me to get another bus for my aged parents, the person replied very rudely saying that he have no need to post this message. How can a big organization person talk to a customer like that? He said money will be returned and don't argue and book another bus. Is this a way to talk to a customer? I hope some action will be taken on this. It's not related to the matter of money. It's related to values of the person and the organization.

Hi Team, Bus No: TS 08 UD 4492 from Hyderabad to Komarole, date 29th July, Suddenly AC stopped working. Driver and Cleaner behaved very rudely on passengers saying passengers should travel with out proper Air as I said AC not working. Some of the people are very suffered. Some child's are also there.
He is a cheap fellow and doesn't know how to talk with customers.take immediate action else you loose customers and get had bad name on travels. I am requesting you to choose another person for this post but not like person. He has a cheap character. If you do not take action no one will go through meghana travels from ndl.

Left the passengers in the middle of the travelling

I booked two tickets from hyderabad to vizianagaram in MEGHANA TRAVELS on 8-03 2017 through redbus.in for my parents who are senior citizens. When they went to washroom in Rajahmundry they left the passengers there. Without any cross checking the passengers and contacting to the passengers how can they go like that.

Even i had the same issue with this Meghana Travels, police seized the vehicle at LB nagar ring road because this Travels didn't paid road Taxes.

Guys .. Bad experience with Meghana Travels ..yesterday night...please be careful before you choose this bus..
Their Manager and Staff don't know how to respect a customer, they cheat the customer. We booked 2 Tickets of AC Sleeper.On the ticket they mentioned a pickup point address where we were waiting for an hour, later the driver called us told your pick up point address is different. When we questioned why this is different, how we need to reach to new addresss which is 3km away with luggage and with out a vehicle and that to at the last minute..He never cares about customer and he told " if you come 5 minutes I will take you else leave you" How it is possible with in 5 minutes to reach 3 km with 2signlas and signal of 120 seconds?? Their driver spoke abuse language, when we tried to talk the manger -MotiLal who sits in Lakdikapool[protected], he is very worst guy and he tried to beat the customers, after several discussions my relatives went to Lakdikapool in a pickup van and there Moti Lal started his game by saying, the main bus already left and they left the customer on the road ... almost the midnight (11:30 PM)..
I logged a complaint with Police about their Management behaviour for their mistakes in website...
Don't choose this bus anymore...

Pathetic journey we faced-money not refunded

Hi Every One,
I have booked a Non-Ac Bus ticket for My Aunty & My 1 Year Old Kid from Hyderabad-Railway Koduru(Tirupati Route). But They have cancelled this Bus and shifted Our ticket to AC-Sleeper Bus. And Our Boarding was at 09:00PM, But they did not send Pickup Van/Bus to Our place By 10:00 PM also. After 10:00 PM one another route bus came there and when we fought with them they picked up our Aunty & Kid and dropped them near Our Bus. Finally they boarded their Bus.
But By around 12:00 AM-12:30 AM that Bus got some mechanical issue and that was not started. And by that time that Bus was in near Mehdipatnam only which is in city outs cuts. They continuously told to passengers that in another 1 hour alternate bus will come, finally By 05:30 AM-06:00AM alternate AC-Sleeper bus came and all passengers shifted to this bus.
But after few minutes of journey AC was stopped working, Imagine the day time has started and heavy Sun stoke was there due to journey on 18/04/2016 peak summer, AC was not working, Unable to open the glasses as that was a AC sleeper bus, Horrible situation they faced. All passengers got full of sweat. And My kid she is just 1 year old. They faced a pathetic situation. With same condition they traveled till Kadapa almost 6-7 hours of journey, Then All passengers fought with driver & conductor. Then they stopped the bus in Kadapa and after few hours they arranged Mini Van and shifted to that vehicle. Finally My Aunty & My Kid reached Railway Kodur By 03:30 PM instead of 06:30 AM in the morning, 9 hours delay with pathetic journey.
And all passengers demanded for refund of money, and they agreed to pay the refund there. Since I was booked my ticket in online I was followed up with their KPHB office, they said they will refund it. On next day when I called them for the status they said refund can't be given as mine was Non-AC ticket. What the!!! what is the matter of AC-tkt or Non-AC tkt, Everybody got the trouble in the bus. When I was conveyed this then they agreed to refund 20% of the tkt, and next day they told me that nothing will be refunded.
Finally My family faced a horrible & pathetic journey in Meghana Travels & cheated by them in refund.Please think before booking tkts in Meghana Travels. They don't bother about passengers convenience and they don't honor their words. My opinion they are cheaters and waste service. Please don't prefer for Your Journey.

I booked a ticket in redbus.Ticket no - THAR34585494
I didn't get any call/sms from them regarding the Bus Number or Contact Number.
The bus was went without giving a confirmation even i tried to go next stop they even didn't wait there for my arrival.
They are not at all responsive and cut the calls without response i have the calls recorded i want response from them regarding this.
