I had visited Goa in Aug'23 at that time I was stopped at Calangute Lane of Goa stating I have won the vacation trip to Mahabaleshwar and then I was taken inside the hotel for more information. There I had met Ms Renuka who explained me all the details and asked me to pay Rs 75000/- for 10 years of membership of "Merging Star holidays". That time I was informed to just call them or drop a mail to their registered email id or customer contact number. At the time of bookings and other services all their registered number and email id are not in service nor Ms Renuka is answering my calls. Kindly refund me my paid amount.
