The same incident happened with me. I had constant follow up with arbaz . After sometime he stop picking up my cal So I got his house address from roc. I have his home address who wants to join me to go his house and demand thier money do let me knw my number is [protected] u can contact me. If we are more people with can contact the tourism ministry and get all of them arrested....

I had booked a 5-year trip package with Merging Star Holidays in Goa on December 18, 2024, for which I had paid Rs. 1 lakh. At that time, a boy named Arbas had facilitated the agreement and assured me that I would receive the card details via post. However, I haven't received any information yet. I had visited Goa in Aug'23 at that time I was stopped at Calangute Lane of Goa stating I have won the vacation trip to Mahabaleshwar and then I was taken inside the hotel for more information. There I had met Ms Renuka who explained me all the details and asked me to pay Rs 75000/- for 10 years of membership of "Merging Star holidays". That time I was informed to just call them or drop a mail to their registered email id or customer contact...

I have purchased 10 years membership on[protected] in Goa. After that they didn't provide my membership ID and subscription ID in mail, also they're not attending my calls and the given details of number and mail id is not registered. There's no company's website no customer support also no response from the team. The given address in the agreement is wrong. I have purchased there 10 years membership on 3-8-2023 in Goa. After that they didn't provide my membership ID and subscription ID also they're not attending my calls and the given details of number and mail id is not registered. There's no company's website no customer support also no response from the team. The given address in the aggreement is wrong. Below I have mentioned all the details of this fraud company I request the department to take a strict action and provide my membership refund and take strict action against these fraudulent people in Goa.

How the trap you- looking for couples and give them a scratch card and tell you to open it when you got something they tell you to come to there office and had a conversation with the team and collect the price after that they try to convince you to buy there subscription for minimum 10 years and maximum 30 years. Once you get into their trap they told you to give one shot payment and then when you try to contact them there is no response no customer support nothing. Below I have mentioned the Goa address I request to take a strict action against them.

I made a payment of 23000/- and they gave a bond or certificate for proof and told me i will get welcome kit and credentials after 45 days. Not replying to my calls and mails thereafter. I saw many similar companies doing the same Scam in Goa.

I have joined merging star holiday's package of 10 years in Dec'22. Validity of the package was started from[protected] to[protected]. I did a purchase of 60, 000 rs. I have a copy of the Bond created between Merging and me. Contract states that we have to reach merging star team for any support of hotel and flight bookings. but no response received from their sales person Miss Renuka Rathod([protected]). I am trying to call her since last many days but she is not receiving the call. Niether the company customer number([protected]) is reachable. I am chasing them from last many days. I am not even sure if they will fulfil the promises as done at the time of contract. We were also committed for free flight booking by merging star for 10 years.
Need full refund of INR 60, 000 (10 years package)

While I was roaming near Calangute beach, Goa, there is one random guy named Nikhil Sharma came to us saying that I got some lucky dip and asked us to attend an event happening at WSB resorts . We did not go that day and that guy kept on calling us to attend on the next day. We went there and there were a bunch of scamsters sitting there and tricked us to take the membership of 40000 + emi charges of 8000which is a truly bogus. They told that it will be refunded in 45 days if we are not interested and they said that we can reach our bank to get it cancelled . Allen and Pratham are those two guys who told all the lies and tricked us to take the subscription on 12th August . I came back to Bangalore and started following up with them for cancellation from 17th August. There is no response from any one . The email ids they have given are not valid anymore and they blocked all the means of communications for any customers to reach them. I am really frustrated with those guys because they would have done like this to many other guys like us. I was following up with my bank with a dispute on that transaction but it seems like it will not work out because it is almost 120 days passed. I am going to proceed legally now . We took membership of Merging star around 8 months back. Recently We wanted to book a stay for my tour, for that we tried to Contact everyone for my booking, each one of them said that they have left the company. We contacted Manohar Pandey, Arbaaz, Nadeem & Aman Dogra. We even contacted the senior most person of the company i.e. Mr. Ketan, he also said the same thing that he Left the company, Contact someone else. At last We don't have any...

Totallly fraud people.we booked from goa pande ji and ms renuka from goa give us information no card recieve no hotel booking voucher.we are middle class people they cheat us.

This is a absolute fraud company and they won't provide you services and not lift your calls . We want our amount full refund right now, we have paid one lakh for 10 years membership ship.

It is a shameful company led by Ketan Bhagwandas Zaveri and Arbaz Ahmed Afsani Qureshi.

On 1st September, they stopped us on the Tito's lane in Calangute, Goa and offered us free holiday trip to hear them for an hour. We head them for an hour and they start pitching 5 years holiday membership worldwide. I paid 76, 000 Rs and they promised they will send over the login ids and pwd over mail address which I know they will never...

We have brought the package 5 months ago they tell us we are able to book hotel and resorts after 15 days when we call Our agent Miss Sejal (+91-[protected] & +91-[protected]) for booking in this month, She told us that she had left the job and provide us his boss number mr. Pandey (+91-[protected]) which is a wrong number and after that they didn't pick up our call. Even customer care number is not reachable we want refund our all money. We have started package with EMI please cancel our package and give our money back without cut any single rupees.

I bought the package of merging star 2 month ago they promise us to register our in this package within 15 to 20 days. After that we did call they tell us i may take 1 week extra . Now we are calling them for our registration id but they didn't pickup our call . Now i want my money back . We have taken EMI for this. I need cancellation for this package and want all money back .

I bought a merging star holiday package in February and they gave me the assurance that I will get a welcome kit with their portal credentials within 45 days and now it's been 5 months They didn’t send me anything and now I am not even able to make any bookings. So i requested to cancel my booking and refund my amount. I got confirmation mail in Feb. I will get my refund amount in 3 months and till now I didn't receive the amount and the customer case no is switched off.

No one from customer care: [protected] or the number mention on the website: [protected] will respond to the calls and the reservation booking mail id: [protected]@mergingstarholidays.com mentioned in the wellcome mail will not work. As i have planned to holiday on 23 to 27 February 2023 and requested to book hotels and send first mail on 02nd of February 2023 and following up daily with customer care and sending mails and also reaching to number mentioned on website and i didn't get my hotel booked as per below mail trail details. I was fed-up with the service provided by merging star holidays and i want to cancel and refund my Rs: 83000.

Its been 4 months since we have taken Merging star holidays membership by paying amount in EMIs. Initially they told us their will be no interest on EMIs and we will be getting the membership card after 45 days. But we are paying interest and we haven't received any card yet. Their customer service number is unreachable and not responding to mails either. We are calling the agents regarding the same but they are giving lame excuses . We want to avail the service but are unable to do so. Many reviews are there on their website stating the same. Please look into it. I want a refund or the services which they have promised.
