[Resolved]  Merging Star Holidays — Not providing service after taking payment

Its been 5 months since we have taken Merging star holidays membership by paying amount in EMIs. Initially they told us their will be no interest on EMIs and we will be getting the membership card after 45 days. But we are paying interest and we hvn't recieved any card yet. Their customer service number is unreachable and not responding to mails either. We are calling the agents regarding the same but they are giving lame excuses . We want to avail the service but are unable to do so. Many reviews are there on their website stating the same. Please look into it. I want a refund or the services which they have promised. Thankyou

I tried reaching out to you on merging star website.
I am also the one who has been scammed by Merging Star Holidays, It's been 4 months since we have paid them and not received membership card. Neither they are receiving our calls.
Can we get in touch and take further steps together ?
I bought a merging star holiday package in February and they gave me the assurance that I will get a welcome kit with their portal credentials within 45 days and now it's been 5 months They didn’t send me anything and now I am not even able to make any bookings. So i requested to cancel my booking and refund my amount. I got confirmation mail in Feb. I will get my refund amount in 3 months and till now I didn't receive the amount and the customer case no is switched off.

No one from customer care: [protected] or the number mention on the website: [protected] will respond to the calls and the reservation booking mail id: [protected]@mergingstarholidays.com mentioned in the wellcome mail will not work. As i have planned to holiday on 23 to 27 February 2023 and requested to book hotels and send first mail on 02nd of February 2023 and following up daily with customer care and sending mails and also reaching to number mentioned on website and i didn't get my hotel booked as per below mail trail details. I was fed-up with the service provided by merging star holidays and i want to cancel and refund my Rs: 83000.

Hi sameera, I received my membership card one month back. Now merging star people connected to me and requesting to remove the complaints are you guys getting the said service from merging star?

I am also facing same issue scammed by merging star holiday, i purchase holiday package on March 2023, but no one received a call, i want refund my amount, touch with each other
