Meritnation — niet not coaching

We opt for NIET, but past one year meritnation is coaching CBSE sylabus, and student is studying in Tamilnadu state board. So it totally waste of money and time. I want total money back, because from day one we are asking them to change the product from CBSE to NIET, but all in vain.
How come a state board student studies CBSE lessons, so better disconet and refund the entire amount.
