1.I had purchased the online course material for my child on 22 Feb 2017 by a making a online payment of Rs 6900/-. At that time the company Representative promised to come to me and train me on website operation for 4 days.He did not come to me even for one day. I informed the same thing to customer care they are telling that their representative made a false promise to sale the course material.This is clear case of cheating.By this the company is cheating the customers 2. After going through the course material I came to know that the contents of course material are same for std IV and std V. I informed same thing to company through E-mail [#VUH[protected]] on 28 Feb 17. 3.After 15 days when I made an inquire regarding the matter they told me that the contents of the site could not change but they will help me by customizing the topics send by me. 4.After 1 day after I sent the topics for customization in the format provided to me, they denied me that the topics which I sent are not available with them hence they could not help me on this matter also .
