Sir, i am willing to pay the current bill through an online payment but i could not find the10 digit account number on the current bill. To pay the current bill through online i require a 10 digit account id, so please provide the 10 digit account id.       This is pertaining to the solar energy supplied from our end to mescom grid at mgl 8387 at korrara, mangalore. Mescom is paying rs7.08/kwh for the gross solar energy supplied by us to the mescom grid after investing nearly rs. 5 lakh during 2016. At the very same point, for the very same energy supplied to us by mescom, the same is being charged nearly rs.8.50/kwh at the current tariff rate of mescom.

        Today mescom workers have visited our area and they were working on something without taking power off due to thier negligence electric pole got short circuit and our house electronic items like refrigerator, washing machine, ups everything has been burnt.. This is completely iiresponsibility of the engineer who has sent the team in our area.. I would say they arent trained properly seems they are using some local peoples help during work... Kindly look into this, our losses is to be beared

          My electricity bill dated 22.02.2020 for r. R. No. Keh39848 has been wrongly billed. An amount of rs 4973/- has been billed by showing 609 units of power being showing the present reading as 1939. I. E.[protected]Previous) whereas the reading taken by me yesterday evening is 1403.3. Which means 73 units consumed from 22.01.2020 to 28.02.2020. The meter reader by noting a wrong reading has harassed me making me to run from pillar to post. He may see asked to take a fresh reading and rectify the billed amount.
          An online complaint has already been sent.

            The meter reading of r. R. No. Keh 39848 connected to my residence is recorded as having consumed 609 units of power on 22.02.2020. As per this the billed amount is rs 4973/-.
            Whereas i have checked the reading today i. E. 28.02.2020 the reading shows 1403 as on today, which means the power consumed from 22.01.2020 to 28.02.2020 is[protected] = 73 units. Hence it is very clear that the meter reader has taken a faulty reading and has billed me excessively.
            The said meter reader may be sent again to rectify the bill accordingly.

            He has put me to harassment for which he may be admonished.

            My primary RR No. Is 2110206C28279. Received bill No.151 DT[protected] for Rs.885.32. My flat is not occupied since Aug 2020. As usual bill should have been Rs.225/- which is fixed charges. Reading might have taken wrongly or Metre is fault. Please revise bill and reduce it to Rs.225

              I attached present month electricity bill which was charged so high past 3 months bill is coming more than Rs 2000/

              I am staying this particular premises past 3 months
              iam using
              1 ) 2 Fan Night 8pm to morning 7am
              2 ) 3 Light Night 7Pm to Morning 7am
              3 ) 80 Ltrs Whirlpool Fridge
              4 ) Hardly ironing cloths
              We all going out at 8.30 am and come back only after 5.30Pm
              But our electric bill is so high
              Kindly check the Digital Electric Meter and rectify it

                I have paid the electricity bill through google pay and the transaction was successful. And money was debited from the bank. But in the mescom website the message shows the transaction was failure. And even after contacting the customer care service the problem was not resolved. I have attached the pictures of both payment recipts. Please resolve this as soon as possible

                We are facing a big issue and there is no power suply @our village. No one is responding from 15 days and which is located @thirthahalli konandoor bombalige and we complaint aganestt this issue including MLA ARAGA GNANENDRA. No one is helping us to solve the issue and also asking money to provide power.

                  Hello sir/madam,

                  We have been residing in yedthady post udupi taluk.in the bill dated[protected] we have got the bill with amount 358. When analyzing there was a section 'others' in which i can see 160 rupees which is not there in previous bills.

                  According to units used we should get the bill amount around 198. But we got that 160 as extra. Could you please let me know why that charge has been added?

                    Trying to make online payment, but it is asking for the account id no which we do not have any account id no on the electricity bill. How do we get the account id no to we make the payment online
                    We only have the consumer no. 5 digit.

                    Please send let us know how to make the payment online without account id. We cannot find the account id no on the bill. Direct us how to make the online payment with the consumer no....

                    I am from karkala. Mescom rr no. 7396 mtr. Rdr. Code 8017.in the mid of october the meter board stopped working due to lightening and a complaint given in this regard after 4days. All previous power bills were paid in time including last month bill which was rs. 243. However, this month rs. 133.8 added under arrears and more than that rs. 432 is added under others option. Power bill is only rs. 376. When i contact karkala office no satisfactory explanation given. The meter reader lied to my wife said the bill is only 432. Even though we are using as minimum power as possible a total of rs. 945 is charged this month. I strongly oppose this unethical collection from government led organization and request for justice. Even now new meter has not installed by saying there is no stock. I request you to give justice to the common man and obliged. Last date to pay the bill is[protected]. Awaiting for early response. Thank you.

                      In reconducting work at kedalasara village a new electric pols was fixing at road edge it leads dangerous to wehical and public.
                      Wherefore I request to fixing the pols outside of road margins.

                        I already 3-4 times complained to our nearest KEB office at Aranthodu but they can't respond to our problems. That's y I complained to online please respond our problems, y bcoz we are not getting current to our house to past 4 days back so please solve, or give a suggestion to us as soon as possible.

                            Hello,
                            I am writing regarding the electricity bill that we pay from manipal. I am a student living with other two students and we spend most of our time outside and use minimal amount of electricity but the amount payable is always above 1500. It is difficult to comprehend since we are only students. Where as bills in mangalore city is a lot cheaper compared to the amount of electricity they use in a day. Please look into the matter as it is difficult to survive in this heat with this bill with less allowance from family. Keeping in mind we are students. Thank you.

                              As per the above subject, in the shivamogga city vinobanagara since they are not updating the new board for 3 months they are not giving bill and instead they are telling to pay the old bill only and for that we are paying that only and then they are came to cut the fuse that we are not paying, for that we showed the bill and they are not responding then who is responsible for that so pls update or give some solution, if this happen in city only then what about village

                                I want to inform the mescom regarding the lack of customer service and ineffectiveness of the people running the dept. I want to bring to notice of the people that mescom has charged a bill of rs 1500 this month where as 2 months back the bill was charged to rs 3500 in just one month. I tried to complaint to the mescom board about this they said they have billed with the average mnr and they have changed the metere as well but no one is ready to handle complaints and are not bothered at all also the mescom site is also down and no one is bothered to fix it.

                                Kindly request the person who can handle this to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                  Byndoor mescom poor electricity service. We are having very bad service from mescom byndoor. Always power shutdown without proper reason or either giving notification on the news paper. Phone is always busy.. Can't giving proper answer.. I think one of worst service. Very bad... Need to change the service or either whole staff... Else management should sort out the issue

                                    Mescom has committed a big blunder in bill totalling.
                                    The electricity bill had been paid of[censored]ntil 01-02-19 which totals to 9752 (With receipt as proof)
                                    The place was occupied until the end of may and receipts for the month of march and april is there as proof.
                                    The bills for the month of march and april were paid via paytm.
                                    Bill shown for the month of may i. E from 26-04-19 to 26-05-19 is 6633 due to some meter change which was uninformed and manipulation of the same caused the bill to sky rocket.

                                    Mescom has broken down the bill in the following order
                                    26-01-19 to 26-02-19 the bill amounts to 3179 (But 9752 inr has already been paid on[protected]
                                    We might have missed the payment for feb i. E 3179 but payment was done for the month of march and april (With receipt as proof)
                                    The bill shows 6663 which does not add us since we've been getting bills of 3k so far.

                                    I humbly request you to help us out i. This situation as many other students are facing the same issue.

                                    The caretaker who deals with all the rent and amount collection is not willing to give us our rightful deposit back since the bill hasn't cleared and we're facing tremendous difficulty.

                                    There has been a low voltage issue in vidhyaratna Nagar area since last night. I kept calling the Mescom number and the recipients of the call kept redirecting me to another number until at some point, it came to a number which isn't available anymore. It's been over 12 hours since the issue persists.

                                      I live in shimoga kashipura. It has been told power cut will occur from 9am to 6pm in shimoga today (15 sep 2019) but now its 8:20pm and still there is no power and they are telling half an hour more. This is not the first time. This is happening time and again. There is no proper response from their side. Everyday at least 2-3 times this is occuring kindly look into the issue
