Dear sir
Am mr vishwanath devadiga residing at aloor talluk kundapur district udupi. Recently we have made bore well in our village with the permission of grampanchayat & also apply for power supply at aloor. Now all paper work of that related was cleard & we also install bore well pump, cabling, meter room etc.. Now final connection is pending. Jounier engineer mr vijay kumar told that it will be taken 10 days to start supply, actually we don't know what is the problem. Please suggest him to make start supply as early as possible...

My meter reading is suspecius.
My usage is average same as previous months. But meter reading is very high.
Normally my bill is below 1000.
This bill is more than 13000.
Please check my meter.
Confirm my old reading and new reading.

    With reference to the bill (Please refer attachment image), i was shocked to see that there is no 10 digits account id for the rural consumers, which makes them unable to pay the bill online. As you are aware, nowadays, it is very common to have the online system for bill payments, which saves a lot of time and also convenient at times delay in bill payment because of ill health of main person in home, who can't go to kiosks often.
    Most shocking is that this injustice. Is only for rural consumers, that too who wil be regularly paying within last date.
    Even the frequent power failure suffers are also the rural ones.
    This is shockingly injustice melted.
    Ironically, mescom has provided account i to al city, municipal areas connection s.
    Why this type of treatment to rural farmers?.
    I request you to look in to matter and sort out by providing 10 digits account i'd for the number, which will save our valuable time and also convenience.

      Residing in padubidri. There is no electricity for almost 7 days now. 1000s of calls and complaints registered in the office makes of no use.
      I do understand the situation of the employees however one has to go through hell without electricity for 7days. This is inhuman torture we are recieving from mescom who dont delay to send the bill but for services.

        We residing at door no. 3-76/2, tenka yekkar village, permude post, karnataka. Pd no. 1560. Doesn’t has power supply since past 3 days. And even after personal visit complaining at office and more than 100 no. Of calls no body is attending our complain. We are not satisfied with the service and are badly suffering helplessly.

        We request the higher authority to take a strict action for the karnataka mangalore, bajpe mescom office.

        We hope the request will be reviewed and attended immediately.

          One of your employees named (Basapa) working under katpady mescom had been rude and also threatened to cut down a tree which is within ones private property. This incident occurred today morning when one of the tree branch broke, due to storm & was in contact with wires. We understand that it's part of your maintainance activity which we sincerely appreciate, however basapa was rude and threatened to cut the tree off the roots by tress passing to one's private property. On responding of taking this issue with higher official he fled off without even apologising for his impolite behaviour. Tried taking this issue with section officer however there was no positive response.

          Looking forward for your sincere response and immediate action against such violent labour's who spoil the name of mescom and threaten to cause physical damage to public.

                Sir/madam,

                I am a resident of kuntikana, mangalore. I wish to know my customer id, so that i can pay my electricity bills online. As i live in an apartment, so far, i have paid the bills via the apartment manager, who provides an apartment society-designed bill, and not the official mescom bill, due to which i do not know my customer id. Is there any other way to know my customer id? Please help.

                  Power is getting cut every five minutes and when it comes it is in single phase causing problems for us to use any electrical equipment.

                  Street light stops working after one week, we complain they come and change the bulb, again after a week the light goes off.

                  This could be due to loose connections as the electrical pole, as it is completely covered with creepers and tree branches and repeated requests to clear this before rainy season is never heard.

                  Please arrange to get this problem sorted out immediately.

                    Today 8.7.2019 we have noticed that the new transformer is installing very close to our main entrance.

                    As you know children are playing around this place, and also this place are mainly using for assembly area, we request you please instruct to your guys install transformer little far from our compound or change the place.

                      Respected mescom superintending engineer:
                      I pay my mescom bill online directly by netbanking by debit to my account.in addition to the bill amount i am being charged additional charges for the online payment. I would like to know if this is legitimate and authorized. Other cities in karnataka do not charge in addition to the bill amount.

                      Besides the receipt is issued is for the actual amount of the bill due and does not show additional charges levied for making the online payment. Wondering if this is not legitimate and not authorized to charge the hapless customer. Please review this and ensure that customer is not unduly charged for making the payment online and on time.

                        I have been searching for account id of our mescom connection since long time. But i am unable to find it. Most of the online platforms and also mescom online platform is asking for account id for online payment. But in our electricity bill only rr no. And user id is mentioned. So we are unable to find our account id. Sample bill shown in websites show the account id. But in actual only rr no and user id is mentioned. My rr no. Is p263. I...

                        I was staying in manipal in a apartment. I gave a deposit of 60000 for that apartment. 3 o[censored]s used to stay there. Now our course is over but our manager is refusing to pay our money. Each month we paid electricity bill which was given to us. Now they are telling that your meter was defective. You have to pay 36000rs for 4 months. We paid around 2500 each month. And mescom manager gave us a written bill which i am attaching here after talking to the manager. And we are not the only ones suffering. Manager is not picking up our calls. We are from different parts of india and manipal is approx 2000km from my home. We don't know what to do. Please help

                        MESCOM even charged us 1000rs for meter change in January which manager told us to pay instead of the owner.
                        Now they are telling that the meter installed was not showing correct readings. According to them we had to pay around 40-45000 for 4 months.

                        They are not replying to text messages. Should I file a police complaint?
                        We went there to talk but no one is there to talk to us and tomorrow we will be leaving from that place. Should I file a police complaint?

                          I hate your services . You cut off power unnecessarily without any notification and here my servers which cost a lot and computers get fldamaged due to sudden power cuts. Ups don't last for long and these server ups take long to charge. I can't charge it full because your power is not available even for a few hours. It cost me a lot recently to fix the damaged electronic and most big problem was the software (OS) got corrupted because of sudden power cut. Fix the problem or else you are in trouble. I can legally complaint you about unnecessary power cuts that you do like in the morning and during slight rains too. If you can't handle any problems in the lines. Upgrade them or take down everything and get new lines

                            Sir i have recently started a business in manipal. I am a non local and due to which there have been cases of exploitation in the past but this is something else.
                            My business is ChillSpace cafe in krishna leela building i get almost close to 80 thousand as electricity bill every month and i have been paying it since i thought may be its my useage thats causing it. In the month of april i paid the same and hence i thought i will save power by cutting down the unnesasary useage by conserving power and i got a bill of 87 thousand.
                            I was shocked and enquired other businesses in the place and i was told that in the past there was a business whose meter was set up with a faulty meter which was running even after the main was off. Building only accepts their electritian to work and not other near the meter and i cant really verify the problem but i am sure that the 2 months electricity bill is not appropriate.
                            I would like to file this complaint so that you can help me verify the same.
                            I have no other choice other than you and am really counting MESCOM to help me out.

                            AKG Road is very near to Kundapura Sub station, where power cut problem is regular.Adjacent Roads like Shanthi nikethan and BTR road is not having problem. Every time your office says it's line problem. same answer we are hearing for the past 6-7 Years.If this is real one, then it should have solution also.Kindly look into the matter

                            Here day time power won't be there not even for 1 hr ..
                            If power shift is there means they won't give electricity on time. Maximum 1 hr electricity will be there in day. Pls understand the villagers situation and help us.

                              Every month powercut will be taken on tuesday but they are doing there work on sunday such as tree cutting and they paying extra money to them.due to we are facing various problems there id a problem for students and senior citizen also.So please take such neccessory action to this as soon as possible if otherwise you dint take any action we can go for higher officer.

                                There are vry poor power supppy in our area( adyar padauv, mangalore) . Once stoped the rain they giving power after 6 - 10 hours. Evertime thy sayng there is fault in line. Its happing 5h times continually. They are no lt proper maintaining line. I wanna reply withing 24 hours. As per the rule if i not received any reply thn i can fight with hem legally. Thank you

                                There is always power cut in our area I.e Karolugudde, Jodukatte, Karkala Taluq, Udupi district. Day and night there is power cut.In this summer how can we live without power.In our home 2 month child also there, that baby also not able to sleep properly. Are we not human beings, how can we bear the heat without fan.Simply they are cutting power here.If we call they won't pick the call or talk rudely.Please solve this issue.
                                Every mid night there is no power... 4 to 5 hours... Near kanyana vijayadka section.. Please dont repeat this again again... Night time... It is very difficult to sleep to children.. Please take this action

                                  We stay in mangalore near aj hospital. I had complained earlier but the service personal came and not repaired. But the problem has not resolved. So called the mescom mallikatte but the bhaskhar (Je) received the call and spoke rudely and misbehaved with my dad on call. Kindly take this issue as a major concern. Consumer complaint are taken seriously and if the appliances get spoil who is responsible

                                    I wanted to know my 10 digits consumer number of my mescom service for which my rr number is 56577. I wanted to pay electricity bill through online and i am not able to do. Hence, there is no consumer number in bill. I wanted to know the reason why number is not printed in bill and also provide me the 10 digits consumer number. It will be big help.

                                    In derlakatte area, frequently electricity cuts is occurring in night.Its been very frequent from past 2 weeks .We are office going person and we can't afford generator in our room as we are staying on rent, so it becomes difficult for us to sleep at night and it causes us physical issues.please consider this application and help us out .
