Yesterday I paid my electricity bill through Phonepe, accidentally I paid twise but I didn't get my refund amount back. So please take action about my complaint.

Meter number 24000978 is red wrongly by Sri Mahesh, I went personally to mescom office near railway station Shimoga, they said go to another sub office at Channappa layout, please check today's Cc tv footage nobody was there in the office at office hours at 11 am to 12.30 am at last a line man has come and ask to inform the concern AE but AE has not came till 1 PM, no proper customer Redrusal, at last got the phone number of one of the staff as [protected]. He is not at all behaviour as public servant instead his way of talking and behaviour with customer is ruide. Now give me the justice how un used meter is red as to pay 2000+ amount, why the captioned phone number bearer is behaving ruide kindly initiate department enquiry and teach them proper lesson to how to behave with the customer.

Hi Team,

I m residing in Sringeri and we have only 2 peple at home, however evry month we are getting 1000+ bill. However my neighbours who are staying with 4-5 person in each family but their bill is not exceeding more than 500 per month..I would like to know the reason for this.

Sanction load is 3.0 for my house and others it's 2.0 Does it because of this?

Landmark: 18th ward, Pole no. 22 and work for K-PACK SYSTEMS PRIVATE LTD. I was working on my laptop and due to lightning there was power failure and there was laptop breakdown on 16th Nov. 2021 around 4.30 to 5pm. As there is loss due to electricity problem please compensate for the loss.

Dear Sir,

Due to the thermal event, the IC in the mother board has burnt off. The thermal event caused the damage and the same is not covered under warranty. Hence HP has issued the quotation for the replacement of the mother board and We have made the payment online of Rs.13662/- to TVS Electronics. Please find the attached bill and the payment receipt.

Please look into the issue and kindly reimburse the amount as it was due to thermal event and not laptop issue.

You have to select for Non RAPDRP option. You can pay through all payment apps like Paytm, Google Pay, Phone pe. It will ask for your RR no. Type 2110404M71 your account details will be displayed and then you can proceed with the payment.

Mulki Branch MESCOM entirely rubbish & they doesn't know the morale. And hereby complaining about night power cuts. Again & again they doing same mistakes. Still you all seeing my reviews but there is no action. Very soon you all punished by god & you all are get the karma soon.

Worst service. Weekly day cut offs are there but including night power cuts. Again you all checking our patience. Don't check like this. We all come together & fight. Corporate office also sleeping well after seeing my all reviews. Take this as serious or will come & fight its sure.

Rs 360 is the fixed charges for 4kW sanctioned load which you have. Even if you don't use, the minimum fixed charge is Rs360

I never seen this type of Pvt undertakings. Daily nights there is no power. After 12pm power cuts are they do & keep their telephone away at night. May be this is bloody load shedding. And linemen & Mulki Mescom dept is very worst. Really bad service we never faced & ever.
I think. K.E. B is the Best, MESCOM was Worst.

I am from Padubidri Mescom power cut is big problem, and the fixed charges is highest in india, fixed charges Rs.410/- last six months twice increased from Rs.285/- to Rs.410/- kindly look into this price hike, most people already struggling to survive last two years under pandemic situation, hope you understand my grievance to redressal and do the needful.
