I received power supply bill for this month, where rs 800 shown as arrears. I contacted local sub-dvn. He told me this is temporary connection bill for 2018. This has not shown in the bills for the lost 3 years. If it was towards temporary connection, this must have been adjusted or recovered while giving regular connection. So please enquire and give me full details. Also furnish me the rules stipulates temporary connection and it's regularisation....

Collapsed pole remove please any movement pole clashing property damaged death cases...

Sir, My RR number is BAEH1708. I can’t find 10 digit account ID in the bill. Can you sir provide me that 10 digit account id so that I can pay bill online.?...

MESCOM R-APDRP Portal requires 10 digits number to register. but I have 13 digit consumer id in my bill. that is

RR No: M71

So I require 10 digits number.
Kindly help me....

Their is frequent power succeeding every rain and this power is not for some time this power cut mostly continued to overnight...

Again they do power cuts at night & its for whole nigh till morning. What would be the action? But you all face the karma back to you & ypur family. And this is my prayer to God & please take the action on Mulki Branch, Mangalore against this....

Mulki Branch MESCOM entirely rubbish & they doesn't know the morale. And hereby complaining about night power cuts. Again & again they doing same mistakes. Still you all seeing my reviews but there is no action. Very soon you all punished by god & you all are get the karma soon....

Worst service. Weekly day cut offs are there but including night power cuts. Again you all checking our patience. Don't check like this. We all come together & fight. Corporate office also sleeping well after seeing my all reviews. Take this as serious or will come & fight its sure....

Electricity board is switched off in flat. No usage of lights and fans. How does the bill comes to Rs 378 this month?...

I never seen this type of Pvt undertakings. Daily nights there is no power. After 12pm power cuts are they do & keep their telephone away at night. May be this is bloody load shedding. And linemen & Mulki Mescom dept is very worst. Really bad service we never faced & ever.
I think. K.E. B is the Best, MESCOM was Worst....

I am from Padubidri Mescom power cut is big problem, and the fixed charges is highest in india, fixed charges Rs.410/- last six months twice increased from Rs.285/- to Rs.410/- kindly look into this price hike, most people already struggling to survive last two years under pandemic situation, hope you understand my grievance to redressal and do the needful....

Power cut is going on continuously in night since 3 days in beejady terminal ulthoor village there is no response from anybody from department... Please rectify problem immidetely or else I will forward this complent to our power minister sunil kumar ....

One of your staff name JAY from amparu has a really cold behaviour towards everyone he acts as if he owns MESCOM. We have spoke to higher authority about the increment in my electricity bill they were okay with giving us more time but he calls and verbally abuses us which is not acceptable and asks if we are capable of paying this bill if not he'll cut the line I explained how we spoke to his superior but he didn't give a damn.

I am here to register a complaint against junior engineer mr.mahesh at mescom unit 2 division shimoga, karnataka for his rude and irresponsible behaviour against the complaint of power cut at unit 2 . He doesn't have a manners also to talk to customer as we are the tax payers at least we have that much of right to know the problem and the information when it will be rectified. So kindly I request you to take proper action...
