I'm a resident of Narve koppa taluk...It has been 4 days that the electricity has been cut ...all our invertors are also with powerdown...I'm a student and I'm not able to watch the online classes due to this issue... Please correct the issue as soon as possible...

    This is the 3rd time i was complained about night power cuts. Sometimes there is no reason taking power at night. This type of contract given by Govt.
    Please take action on this. And I was opposing again and again on MESCOM.

      Power failure from Saturday 5pm( More then 28hrs), there is regular power failure in our location which is impacting to our daily usages.

      Though we are paying 1300 bill month, please provide service accordingly.

        Power cut in haralimut thirthahalli .if power goes once it won't come for two to three days.please do check ..it goes of often and often

          See we've paid our electricity bill and we have all the proof that we've paid. But still the assistant workers asking us to pay 50, 000 as penalty what's this nonsense going on. Is the people are quite means you're putting penalty with your wish. What's this??? What's the use of keeping all the proof then?? Tell me what will do now??

            I live in Pandubettu, Udupi, under Malpe MESCOM jurisdiction. Last week our local transformer blew up, it was replaced, however, they didn't ground the line. I called MESCOM Malpe, registered a complaint, stating there's power leakage, even when the switches are turned off, no neutral supply, mon grounded.

            MESCOM MALPE linesman Shankar, and Murugesh, inspected the line claiming it's an internal wiring problem, I got three different electricians to check out house meter, fuses, tripppers and internal wiring. They confirmed, supply is throwing back, it's a line problem, 2- days have passed, we have lost our fridge, our inverter, floodlights all outdoor lights, washing machine, laptop, powerbank, everything. MESCOM linesman are making a joke out of this.

            The power supply is still not safe, we have paid an average of 3000 every month for the past 25 years, we don't have AC, no geyser, nobiron, all our lights are led, yet we get such a high bill, we have never defaulted on the bill, and yet this is the kind of power they're supplying. I have lost more than 30, 000 worth appliences, this during a complete lockdown, I can't do anything about it, who will pay for our loss? Not MESCOM, they have our 10000, as security deposit. Such crooks, they are totally apathetic, and couldn't care less about customers.

            Typical government job mentality, no matter how bad they are at their job they will never get fired.

            They count on it, and purposely act tough to show you who is in charge.

            And tax payers keep paying their hard earned money to continue paying MESCOM workers' salary..

            And we wonder why India is in such a pathetic state.

              Mescom officials and linemen are not bothered to attend to consumer complaints in case of a power failure and expect people to adjust for 15 to 20 hours at a stretch, without electricity. There's no water in our tanks even to use the washroom, no online class for kids . They expect people to sit quiet as they don't like to be disturbed. Sometimes the locals have to temporarily fix the lines. All this after paying for electricity

                We were told it vl b done in some days when we enquired they told the madam is not available now transfered to other place. We will call when we find the documents. But still our work is pending and not getting any answer.

                        Since 15th Early Morning 3am onwards we do not have power at home. All the other lines have been restored but our line is still down. None of them at Padubidri station office is responding to our call and nobody is even bothered. All other houses in our vicinity has power. This has been going on for a long time now and we are tired of complaining of changing our line over and over again. Get this inspected immediately or we may have to escalate this to the ministry.

                          Incorrect Meter Reading Taken by MESCOM Person.

                          He didn't give the Bill mentioning some problem and that he will come back in 2 Days. (Its been 4 Day's today)

                          Today when I checked if Bill was generated Online it says Payable Rs. 60K Plus Amount.

                          Our Monthly Bill Comes approx. Rs. 1500/-

                          Every Month the Units Consumed is approx. 250 Units.

                          Present Reading he entered is: 18230 (Correct Reading was 10230)

                            Horrible Mescom. Now a days peoples suffering from corona & there is no money to survive. But the Mescom taking more money from the poor peoples. And even power cuts started at night. They sleep well but poor peoples can't even sleep & MESCOM Looting the society well. Will do petition for this... And down down Mescom... Down Down Govt.

                            Amount need to reduce as soon as possible because poorer has to survive at present situation. Meter was running like nothing. Really we need a change or do reduce the percentage of unit or definitely you all get the KARMA soon. And power cuts need to at morning not at night. See my timings ! There is no raining, no thunder, no lightening still power cuts are there at night.You all sleeping very well at night but poor or Middle class people can't. But surely this Karma will reach your home soon. This can affect your family members.

                              Dear Team,

                              We are facing regular power failure since past one year now and various reasons are given when call made to line man or junior engineer. And please note, till now problem has not been identified.

                              Not sure what they are doing during maintenance power cut which happens almost every Tuesday. Very unfortunate to face this problem as we have many people working from home due to Covid and are always at receiving end due to delayed login.
                              Sincerely we have been paying the electricity bill, but are not given justice to the same.
                              If a slight wind blows in the surrounding, immediate power cut. So you can imagine if there is a rainfall or thunderstorm.
                              Request you to kindly look into this and provide us with the long term solution.

                                There will not be no proper supply everyday around the areas of K Hunasavalii, NNdiga, Menase, Madavalli, Battemallappa of GP Harathalu Hosanagara Tq. If rain is there in the evening, there will not be electric supply in the night .
                                If line comes and repaired ok, otherwise, no supply for days together, Please look into the problems sir.

                                      electricity bill come more than our consumed unit price . it shows debit of 1200 extra .
                                      when we enquiry about it the they said me that using of more electronic appliance than which we use in starting of installation of electricity,
                                      i am requesting you to apply charge (bill charge) only on consumed units .

                                        Dear team,

                                        This is to inform that from last more 12 hours there is no power supply to Vamanjoor area on 30th March 2021, on 26th March also there was power cut of almost 19hours when we register complaint to customer care they said resolved then power again got disconnected. this thing is frequently happening without notice power cut for more then 10 hours to this area. Customer care call they keep for forwarding mode call wont reaches company site provided numbers all are not reachable. Out of 245 complaints you received resolving of complaints very less number. Totally irresponsible act. Could you please look into this complaints and try to resolve and get the correct reason for all the public of this area. Though every 3 months they cut the power for 15hours 10hours without notice in the name maintaining the supply then still why is this poor maintaining. At you please look into the matter ar the earliest and get the solution
