Sir,
I had applied for 45 hp power to irrigate my estate.On 10.12.2014 under reciept no.2643 I have paid Rs.33, 750 as security deposit. The Mudigere department of MESCOM failed to install a transformer till 26.03.2015. Due to delay I was forced to buy a generator and irrigate my fields. On 26.03.2019 I wrote a letter to Asst Exec Engineer, MESCOM, Mudigere..there was no reply from him.On 26.07.2019 I wrote one more letter once again there was no reply from him. On 01.11.2019 I was forced to serve a lawyer notice with dire consequences. On 05.11.2019.I received a letter from Asst Exec Engineer to surrender the originalmy deposit paid receipt for further processing. On 11.11.2019, I have surrendered the original receipt and have received endorsement for the same but they failed to refund me giving lame excuses that it was under process or the work order noP-11335 is not cancelled or the Banakal JE has not given report o[censored]ndone work etc.On 22.02.2021 I was forced to serve one more lawyer notice once again. On 24.03.2021 I received a letter stating that after deducting 10% from Rs. 33, 750 I will be refunded with Rs.30, 375 with B.R. no.2321/19.11.2019. So far I have not received payment.. when I called Mudigere office they say that I will receive payment through courier.

    We are facing so much of problem by power cut at night. whatever is issues with the electricity (power cut) do it in the morning or day time not in the night Don't trouble

        Very worst situation came at night, power cuts are there at night. How can we sleep without fans in this summer season with mosquitos. And mescom bill we are paying nearly 1500/-. What use if power was not there at nights. Worst Service Mescom. Small kid was there to sleep at night, if you people also having kid like these same situation comes to you without any reason.

          I have power cut problem. we have areca leaf plates manufacturer.(smal scale industries)
          6 members labor is there but day time only 4 hours power supply. presently we area critical problem please solve problem we needed full day 3phase power.

            Hello, i have sent repeated mails to [protected]@rediffmail.com to address my concern on my billing discrepancy, despite sending repeated mails no reply from accounts department. This shows clear apathy towards consumers from mescom side.
            hope this complaint get acknowledged and sort my billing discrepancy on priority basis..

              My RR number is UDYAEH408 Sub division PUTTUR CSD and i need my 10 digits customer i'd for online payment.

              Also the customer ID mentioned in the bill is 13 digit instead of 10 digit.

              Please provide me the customer i'd so that i can pay my bills online.

                It's been a year now since I'm paying 2500+ bill per month we don't even use air conditioner nor any other appliances that consume hell lot of extra electricity power. Plus now you people are charging fine thing which was your line man fault and now you people are expecting us to pay this fault and it's not even 1 or 2k you are asking us to pay 15000. You guys are expecting us to pay both fine and bill, now tell me how I'm I supposed to pay both? So please check our metre or change line because I can't pay all together so please as soon as possible any kind of help would be appreciated please!!

                        There is lot of powercut from yesterday(6th Jan 2021) in Hudco colony Manipal area.

                        Every 10 mins we are observing powercut.

                            There is always single phase power in Surani thirthahali area. Many house uses agriculture power supply, its been observed Transformer used is 2.5kv which should be 6.3kv for that area. When we spoke to JE of Arga, thirthahali he is asking us to pay for new Transformer.

                            Govt has placed such an hopeless person for such high important work, always he is out of office & gives all useless suggestions. Even the workers under him are frustrated by him as JE doesnt provide them proper tools & supporting employees for work

                              Dear sir / Madam,

                              I would like to register complaint against the high electricity bill. This is bhagyajtothi connection. Last year all of the sudden from govt they started giving less bill below 50rs for few years and then recently from 6 months we started receiving bill high 1000rs each month. Since this people are poor and we have only tv and mixture n 4 lights there. I want to know how come we are charging more. I'm attaching the bill in this and Asking for justice.Kindly do the needful.
