[Resolved]  MetLife — Regarding Surrender of my policy

Dear Sir, I have took Metlife insurance poilice on 2009, Premium value 15000 / year. I have paid my yearly premium for 3 years. Tottaly I have paid 45000 for 3 years. Now they says its value has come to Rs.48000.Now if I Surrender the policy, I will get Only Rs.38000.00. Problem is that, Even i not able to get my amount which I have Paid. When I taking new policy they assured that 20 to 40% on return on my Investment. But Now, I am not getting the Bank interest also. These Insurance company's are bluffing the people by showing attractive returns. Why the Authorities are simply silent. My request is, please help to to take further step in this matter.
