The cooler getting hot air in 10 min and not working properly
Technicians told me parts are fine,

so I tried to return to metro
saying, the supervisor told can't take the return this product as it had been tested in my home, (LOL how do we know the product quality without checking it)

instead, the supervisor told its summer, it was too hot outside, the big AC are not working itself, it was a cooler how it will work, the staff and supervisor doesn't even know how to respond to customers politely here

instead, they said whatever u want to do u can do, we won't bother, such rude behavior of them

time 18.05.2023 between 11 am-12 pm at METRO CASH n CARRY INDIA PVT LTD, MOOSAPET, HYDERABAD 500072

I went 4 times to get work on this to metro cash and carry Moosapet Hyderabad 500072

initially sales executive explained this cooler will work on the entire room and cool weather too in hot summer

I dropped cooler in front of the Metro cash and carry - Returns department
