Complaint against Sanchit Paswan working in customer care, Metro Cash and Carry, Shahdara, Delhi. He is great person to drive customers away from Metro, misguiding, lying, arguing and misbehaving instead of guiding, helping and apologising.
I purchased Bblunt hair color tagged at Rs173 on 9th July 2023.

When I approached customer care counter manned by Sanchit Paswan. First he made me wait even when he had got confirmation about wrong rate due to system error. Instead of making credit note for balance amount he asked me to go to other floor and return the product and get refund voucher made. Was it my mistake that there is system error? Why I was being asked to go to other floor for no mistake of mine. When no one on other floor listened, I came back asking for supervisor and he lied that I wanted to go to other floor. Also he started shouting on me humiliating me in front of public for no fault of mine. Customers being treated badly, played as ping pong ball and shouted upon for system mistakes.
What action is to be taken against this person? He instantly made my shopping experience and my day from good to worse Was this information helpful? |
