Complaint against Sanchit Paswan working in customer care, Metro Cash and Carry, Shahdara, Delhi. He is great person to drive customers away from Metro, misguiding, lying, arguing and misbehaving instead of guiding, helping and apologising.

Hello,
Today ( 31st Oct 2015) my mom and me visited Metro - Bhandup Branch for some general shopping. Before entering my mom submitted the carry bag she was carrying which had 2-3 polythene bags to carry the stuffs we would buy in the counter. When we came back to collect the bag, there was only one lady who was sealing other bags and just throwing aside all the bags of the customers, i asked for our blue bag in which my name was written "Manoj Pandey" in marathi. She searched for some time but couldn't find it. She asked to wait for sometime as the customers were increasing and she was the only lady working there. We waited for almost 20 mins and then she called her boss to send someone to help her as the customer were increasing and she was not able to serve. after almost 45 mins one guy came and searched for the bag but even he dint found it. He told bluntly to us to give phone number he will call if found. I told if they dint found it than what. he asked what was in the bag, i told him there were 2-3 bags in it. He told they will call if found. I told him to call his manager (Mr. Shailendra), the worst part was instead of apologizing, he came with 3 Metro bags and told us please take this bags instead of the lost one and left.
Since, my mom was not feeling well i came back.I took his photograph when he was away attaching the same.
The worry part is there is no responsibility or safety of the bags we give them in counters, luckily my mom dint put her purse in the bag. I wonder what would they have done to replace. I sincerely want someone to take action against them for the worst customer service.
