Sobana Trade Links, a small trader, has experienced bad regarding your poor service regarding delivery.
1. We have booked a parcel on Friday (11.10.2020) from oddanchatram to sivakasi. Way bill no. 4949501. Goods were delivered on 14.10.2020 after heavy followup.
2. Yesterday we have booked a ghee tin from oddanchatram to your Ttichy
( thillainagar branch ). Till now (6.42 pm) the goods wont be delivered.

When we tried to contact your helpline, Mr. Ragavan is having the habit of switchoff his cell phone after attending his personal calls. No help.

Kindly inform correct delivery date & time. Otherwise remove your " Next day Delivery " policy from your site. Very poor service.

      We placed our order on 29.5.2020 and our PNR no: 4175028 at 3.35 pm at tambaram office to dindigul 4 bundle 35 litre can 10 nos 25 kgs bag 4 nos and 1 box but didn't still didn't receive 1 bundle till now ( 09.09.2020 ) we have tired lot to get our bundle back but in tambaram and koyembedu office they are not even responding and we asked in dindigul branch they are also not responding properly. I request the head office to take immediate action and send our bundle to dindigul branch.

          With respect to the above MSS transport in Salem main Hub, we have not received 1 qty of Hydraulic oil ( 50 lit ). We are not getting any positive response from MSS Transport regarding this issue.
          We need your kind support to receive the material.As early as possible, Please do needful.

              We never expect this from MSS and we will think for change the services from today onwards.

                I have booked a parcel from Madurai to nagercoil of live fishes. They said it will be delivered on same day evening. But now they are saying that it will take two more days. I have booked on Saturday early morning. Due to Sunday lockdown they are saying that it will be delivered on Monday afternoon only

                        I parceled my bike from chennai to tirunelveli.in chennai from chengalpattu office i parceled on 17.6.2020. They billed me 1716 rs and asked me 2300 rs. To send the bike safely i also paid the money but while getting my bike in tirunelveli my one side tank was broken. I reported in tirunelveli office about this they told me to raise complaint to get claim the amount. To change my tank it costs 2000 rs. So kindly do some favour asap. I have attached the pics with this.

                            This is nagarajan, we booking the mticket in mss mobile app, the ticket is cancelled the transaction amount is not transfered in my account please kindly transfered the amount in my account. The ticket details is given below

                            This above ticket is cancelled in mss service,

                                I had booked bus from bangalore to salem at 2:15 pickup in electronicity and drop was confirmed at 5 pm in salem new bus stand. However bus was arrived 30 mins delay and driver had stopped bus in hosur for more than 30 mins. Our drop is delayed to 2 hours. It is completely waste of booking the bus in advance as the normal bus travel would be much earlier and easier. The cost of paying for bus is not worthier now as we are not reaching on time and our day plan is ruined because of this delay.

                                  Hello sir/madam,

                                  My son and his school friends along with his school teacher were traveling from coimbatore to chennai on 19th sep 2019 after finishing competition at coimbatore in the subjected bus no., on 20th sep 2019 early morning they got down at vandalur... After some time my son realized that his mobile phone was not taken from the bus, immediately school teacher called bus driver number [protected] and informed about this (Number received by sms during booking), after some time driver called back and informed that mobile phone taken safely the same will be handed over to mss chennai office and we can collect there...

                                  Some time later my son called my wife's number and explained all what happened, i immediately called my sons number to ensure, the call answered by conductor and he said mobile can be collected at mss, chennai office... (This conversation recorded in my mobile)

                                  I visited mss, chennai office on 22nd sep 2019, met mr. Karupaswami he said, no one handed-over the phone, then i explained all the details and shared the conversation which i recorded, since the conductor mentioned mss name in the conversation he agreed to check internally and come back to me...

                                  Before file police complaint i thought to bring this issue to mss management notice, my problem is my sons number should not misused...

                                    We booked 1 no. of gunny bag (Wooden Pattern) from Ambattur to Ranipet on 25.05.2019 vide LR No.3027813.

                                    Our customer is not yet received the items till now i.e. 25.06.2019 more than a month. While we are checking through online the status, its shows as delivered. We contacted the representative of the Ranipet Branch Mr. Dinesh, he said that he had wrongly entered as dispatched the material.

                                    We are personally following him daily.

                                    he is not responding our calls and no proper response in person also. Please take necessary action against him & our consignment.

                                    I have booked parcel 3 days before Chengalpattu to Trichy but still I am not received my 30000rs worthy material.
                                    I contact MSS people's no one response.
                                    I am not a multi-million business man.
                                    I got 30000rs daily interest. So MSS people give response lowest business people also they are also family. But definitely god give punishment without fail...
