My friend has sent me a glass package from kancheepuram and I received it in kadayanallur .I opened the package immediately after receiving it in office itself and I found it to be shattered into pieces. The personnel there assured me of registering a complaint on this and get me a refund but from next day onwards they started playing with me asking me to call to AGM Number, head office number, sent address. I tried all means and after trying out 100 times each number will connect but all the persons give a response that it is not relate d to them and forward me to another person. I posted my issue on Twitter, sent them an email but I never get acknowledge response too.I trusted this service only after getting assurance from them that they send safely but this incident of poor service has made me lose my hard earned money of 4000 rupees . Posting this issue here so that I expect atleast a proper response and refund from the parcel service

My parcel still not received from mettur transport coimbatore.

I booked 3 tickets at message service through website in[protected]. But amount debited not receive confirmation message. After 1 day I call mss help line they tell amount refund in 1 week. But amount not refunded. 6 months passed no response. Review my account.

1. We have booked a parcel on Friday (11.10.2020) from oddanchatram to sivakasi. Way bill no. 4949501. Goods were delivered on 14.10.2020 after heavy followup.
2. Yesterday we have booked a ghee tin from oddanchatram to your Ttichy
( thillainagar branch ). Till now (6.42 pm) the goods wont be delivered.

When we tried to contact your helpline, Mr. Ragavan is having the habit of switchoff his cell phone after attending his personal calls. No help.

Kindly inform correct delivery date & time. Otherwise remove your " Next day Delivery " policy from your site. Very poor service.

We placed our order on 29.5.2020 and our PNR no: 4175028 at 3.35 pm at tambaram office to dindigul 4 bundle 35 litre can 10 nos 25 kgs bag 4 nos and 1 box but didn't still didn't receive 1 bundle till now ( 09.09.2020 ) we have tired lot to get our bundle back but in tambaram and koyembedu office they are not even responding and we asked in dindigul branch they are also not responding properly. I request the head office to take immediate action and send our bundle to dindigul branch.

I have booked a parcel from Madurai to nagercoil of live fishes. They said it will be delivered on same day evening. But now they are saying that it will take two more days. I parceled my bike from chennai to tirunelveli.in chennai from chengalpattu office i parceled on 17.6.2020. They billed me 1716 rs and asked me 2300 rs. To send the bike safely i also paid the money but while getting my bike in tirunelveli my one side tank was broken. I reported in tirunelveli office about this they told me to raise complaint to get claim the amount. To change my tank it costs 2000 rs. So kindly do some favour asap. I have attached the pics with this.
