I have booked my parcel in Bangalore at (07.10.2022)Lr number 11797785 But till I not received my parcel (15.10.2022)I have called to dodlapur, [protected] pennya, [protected]kamrajpet and also to the manager banglore [protected] but no one is properly responding, daily they are saying today parcel will receive and not a proper response. This is the very worst behaviour of the staff. Last one week my production is stopped due to this parcel, Heavy loss for me. one of the worst behavior of staff.

    Received on 15/10/22

    I bought some goods from kovilpatti by online and they send parcel to Arakkonam on Mettur Parcel service.
    It is a very small and light weight also, they charged me rs 440, this is very very very high for that.
    Arakkonam Mettur transport staff also shocked and told sir this is worth for rs 100 is maximum.

      Reference to the above i ordered crackers from sivakasi. Yesterday i received parcel at vandavasi 604408 delivery centre. The parcel was tampered opened some crakers was taken. We believe your logistics but your delivery centres spoil your name. Kindly take some necessary action... My GC number is 11776812

        Self have booked courier a dining table with 4 chairs from Salem to Chennai.

        MSS charged the amount for packing as well, but while taking the delivery at Chennai Tambaram office, table has come without packing and one chair got broken fully.

        While asking for the damages they are not giving any proper answer and not given any damage charges as well.

        Very worst service
        Not recommended for utilisation
        General public like me should not get affected.

        i have booked parcel from bangalore from madurai .our party booked our name bit they mss booked on vilupuram mss transport on 30.9.2022.we are infrom that pacel was in vilupuram pls book again to madurai till date 07.10.2022 they not booked the parcel i have caled so many times they not responceing here after i wont book the parcel on mss .here madurai mss service also no responding the cal regularly we calling 10 time then only attenting the cal pls clear the complain .takecre o[censored]r future service

          24th i booked the materials to tenkasi ( Shenkottai) from walltax road G.C 11620182 till my client not receive this materials past 3days we are trying to get materials but no person to proper response the materials was lying in Kakkalur hub why they are not sending I dnt know, the bill value was 70k and now my client was refuse to take material he tell he will buy there itsel[censored] take it return and i can't take this return again, I also taken the material from market and they will not take return now who will pay the money and i talked also today evening this number [protected] and she said today it will dispatch like that pls coordinate with ur people and send this today night itself tomorrow customer will not except this material and i give u my client number kindly u talk to him for ur side apologies and make sure convince him to take the material his name Dinesh - [protected]

                We had booked 2 rolls on 6.9.22 at MSS Chennai (Maduravoyal) to Mettur Transport ( mSs ), 10, Chinnasamy Naidu Road, Pragathi Hospital Opposite, Sidhapudur, Coimbatore vide LR #: 11364560, on To pay basis (Rs. 280/-).

                      Hi this is Rajesh, 22 i had booked tickets from Chennai to kangayam on 10th September in mss app. After applying ticket i paid Rs.997 it through phonepe and payment request also I got from name PAYU after paying money is successfully debited and seat is not booked. And i called 4-5 customer care numbers they didn't even responded. I borrowed money from my relations to go for hometown but now it all went waste. So please help me.

                        I had transported my new bike from madurai to Tirunelveli (Ambasamudram), received it broken right hand break and scratches on the right side. When asking about the same they replied we are not responsible for the damage. They were irresponsible and very rude.. I request the concerned authorities to kindly take the necessary action and provide me compensation for the damage I fixed. Thank you and looking to hear from you..

                          I have booked two (2) cartoon box from chennai wall tax road to Kumbakonam on 12.08.2022.
                          One cartoon box has been delivered @ Kumbakonam and another one is missing i am continuously following with Mettur wall tax road where i have originally booked the parcel, but they are so unprofessionally answering till date they are not even able to tell where my missing parcel is so casually the booking staff is behaving. 8 days has gone and my parcel is not been able to track. Mind you i had booked a very expensive thing in the parcel and if it doesn’t get back as soon as possible i will sue mettur super service.
                          Hoping to resolve this matter @ earliest or else i will have to take this matter on social media and also i will make sure that no one else get into your trap by booking with you.

                            Hi, I booked in MSS (Bill no :[protected] for transporting my bike from Namakkal (Salem Road Branch) to Bangalore (Madiwala) on August 15th. I was informed that the vehicle may not come on 15th as it's a holiday, but it will transferred the next day. But the status was not updated in tracking till Aug 17th, So I called Madiwala office and the contact person told that bike has reached. I spent on Auto to reach Madiwala office only to find out that bike has not even be shipped from Namakkal yet. When I asked Namakkal contact person he told that there was no space in vehicle, that's why my bike was not shipped. But I was not informed earlier and I spent on Auto going to Madiwala and coming back from there more than 600 rupees. This is as on August 18th 11:56 AM, the tracking status still shows that it's not yet shipped from Namakkal itself and there is no response from any contact persons. I have to spend on Autos/ Cabs just because of my bike transportation delay even after paying more than 2200 rupees for transporting which is delayed by more than 3 days.

                              We are Using Mettur Super Services for Delivery purpose, but machines are not reaching like we send, Machines are damaged while receiving . Shape are totally collapse, lots of scratches, paints are removed, broken the machine, kind of issues we are facing, because of this sender and receiver both are facing losses, Kindly Need to work not to repeat these kind of services and provide us free transport service as a compensation.

                                Vanakkam sir... June 1 /2022 we sent 55kg organic rice parcel to rajapalayam from mayiladuthurai mss parcel office...we received booking msg but parcel didnt reach rajapalayam till today date july 20/2022 ...already somany times we complained through mss customercare .they said we ll call you wait...we ll call you wait..like that...but sofar we didnt get the details about the parcel...we are suffering mentally &financially...please Kindly take an immediate action...
