Booking no.[protected] sept 22. Received on 13 the sept22. With damaged parcel boxes, damage product. Very worst service...

Hi this is Rajesh, 22 i had booked tickets from Chennai to kangayam on 10th September in mss app. After applying ticket i paid Rs.997 it through phonepe and payment request also I got from name PAYU after paying money is successfully debited and seat is not booked. And i called 4-5 customer care numbers they didn't even responded. I borrowed money from my relations to go for hometown but now it all went waste. So please help me....

I had transported my new bike from madurai to Tirunelveli (Ambasamudram), received it broken right hand break and scratches on the right side. When asking about the same they replied we are not responsible for the damage. They were irresponsible and very rude.. I request the concerned authorities to kindly take the necessary action and provide me compensation for the damage I fixed. Thank you and looking to hear from you.....

I have booked two (2) cartoon box from chennai wall tax road to Kumbakonam on 12.08.2022.
One cartoon box has been delivered @ Kumbakonam and another one is missing i am continuously following with Mettur wall tax road where i have originally booked the parcel, but they are so unprofessionally answering till date they are not even able to tell where my missing parcel is so casually the booking staff is behaving....

Hi, I booked in MSS (Bill no :[protected] for transporting my bike from Namakkal (Salem Road Branch) to Bangalore (Madiwala) on August 15th. I was informed that the vehicle may not come on 15th as it's a holiday, but it will transferred the next day. But the status was not updated in tracking till Aug 17th, So I called Madiwala office and the contact person told that bike has reached. I spent on Auto to reach Madiwala office only to find out...

We are Using Mettur Super Services for Delivery purpose, but machines are not reaching like we send, Machines are damaged while receiving . Shape are totally collapse, lots of scratches, paints are removed, broken the machine, kind of issues we are facing, because of this sender and receiver both are facing losses, Kindly Need to work not to repeat these kind of services and provide us free transport service as a compensation....

June 1 /2022 we sent 55kg organic rice parcel to rajapalayam from mayiladuthurai mss parcel office...we received booking msg but parcel didnt reach rajapalayam till today date july 20/2022 ...already somany times we complained through mss customercare .they said we ll call you wait...we ll call you wait..like that...but sofar we didnt get the details about the parcel...we are suffering mentally &financially...please Kindly...

My booking number 10572716 booked on 30june2022 from Thomas street to thiruvarur.but still I never received my parcel.
Last 7 days I called so many people mss but no response...

But it's fully damaged kindly please repair my machine stand or refund my transportation amount please support and do the needful...

Parcel was booked from Koyambedu to Avinashi on 09.06.2022 with GC No. 10339759 When I have picked the parcel on 14.06.2022 at Avinashi MSS office, parcel was damaged but after getting delivery signature only they shown parcel to me. So I asked about this issue to MSS office in Avinashi. They have not responded in a right way and they said we are not responsible for anything. This is not the right way to speak to the customers as MSS doing...

On 17th May we booked one pipe bundle and one poly bag from koyambedu to madurai Thirumangalam. But there reached pipe bundle only. Poly bag not reached....

I sent my bike TO COIMBATORE through Mettur super service transport on 14/05/2022 @ 6pm. Vehicle number TNO2AR9452.

BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED.AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, THEY ASSURED TO DELIVERY ON TUESDAY MORNING 8AM. BUT NOW THEY ARE REPLIED THAT NOT YET REACHED. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE FATE OF MY BIKE AND DELIVER THE SAME TODAY ITSELF...

We booked yesterday one place another same booking price more different and higher

METTUR SUPER SERVICE CHEAT TO CUSTOMER...

Have booked a ticket from Chennai to Madurai (Periyar bus stand )
And the ticket price is so pricy I paid ₹2200 for this
And due to traffic as they mentioned I was dropped at entrance of Madurai
And now I had to pay another ₹400 to go to my home !
Should I have booked a direct Madurai bus or what should have I done

Only thing is driver and Co are so gud and respectful!...

Each and every time while i order Naatuchakarai bags i recieve damaged goods because of improper transit and transportation of goods and also they’re imposing charges for unloading but most of the time no person is there for unloading so kindly take necessary actions for the welfare of customers...

Mettur supar sarvice bad transport, I lost 40000 rupees goods, no time to time deleveraging, so plese stop mss transport...

Every time they collect extra amounts it’s too high I sent parcels to Chegalpattu
