Missing

My friend's has sent a parcel to me from sidhapur, Coimbatore. Really bad response from the ppl who attends the call. My parcel worth is 10k + . They ppl who was lethargic in there office will pay my money or what. This is my last service from MSS. I never seen this kinda worst response from parcel service team seriously...

We were booking a parcel in line at and was waiting for my turn but when my turn comes some other person comes in between and give many bills to the billing staff o[censored]r office.on telling ur staff that we are in line and ur taking in between he started shouting and pushing us back with his hands and talking very badly.. please take the matter at serious.....

Some items theft while transportation

Hi my order Id is 8015823, crackers box from Sivakasi to Redhills, someone from MSS has thefted 10 boxes of sparkles, they tried to take some crackers from each box. This is not fair ....

Goods lost and no response for 13 days from Mettur parcel service

Respected sir, I would like to bring it to your attention that we have transported 3 boxes of items from Mettur parcel service guindy branch to MSS Madurai Kappalur Hub dated on 8th October. These items are pertaining to Diwali celebration and it is supposed to shipped on 21st through our agent from Madurai and the shipment should reach Dubai along with our other goods sent from various locations.

Not received my bike more than a week

I sent my bike from Bangalore to Manamadurai office on 04/10/20. But It's been a week. But still I didn't receive my bike. Don't know when they are going to send. If I call them no response. I went to Manamadurai office and asked the reason for delay. He said, your bike has reached Madurai Kappalur hub. If you want you can go and take your bike there. I never experienced this kind of worst response and service in my life. Please do not use...

Product not delivered at time

We have booked a parcel from Red Hills Chennai to Sivagangai on 6/9/21. But next day it dnt reach… called Sivagangai office they said the package reached Madurai @ 5.36pm… if it is urgent they asked to collect it from Madurai… since they informed for Sivagangai lorry will not come daily nu….
I made a effort and arranged a person to collect from Madurai @8.55pm… at that time they informed the package vs in Trichy… this is...

Confirmed bus ticket - Seat alloted to some other passenger- booked passenger has been denied to board the bus.

Even though we had the above confirmed ticket we are denied to board the bus at the pick up point(Asok pillar) and they told that 'your name not displayed in our chart and seat no. 10 has been alloted to some other passenger.' (The above ticket was booked and confirmed on 14.08.21 for the journey to be programmed on 19.08.21 from Chennai to Mettur.)
The issue was conveyed as live to mettur head office but no alternate arrangement has...

Not responding properly not delivered proper time

I called to [protected] number two girls attend the call and cut the call without responding properly and talk useless ... No proper customer care.. I ordered parcel 09.08.21 secunderabad now date 18.08.21 10 days I am not receive ... Worst service ... That girls also worst talking not responding properly...
