    I paid 400 rs more without bill...they gave me receipt of 2000 rs for transferring my bike from Chennai to theni. They charged me 2400rs .

          Dear Sir,

          We have booked parcel no in 8205956 ( Note: This no reaceived as text from your company ) on 30th October 2021 . We waited for a four days but not received. later we enquited in tiruchendur that lady not even responded properly and disconnected the call. We went to tambaram branch to enquire the parcel oned day before diwali. he told it was stuck in tirunelveli branch. Tirunelveli branch manager stated as it was diwali holidays we can move it after reopen. After 15 days we found that this particular parcel no was incorrect actually your staff from tambaram booked the poarcel in some other number so they unable to track the parcel in tiruchendur. Actually the parcel had arrived tiruchednur on 3 Nov 2021 your staff from tiruchendur not even responded prpoerly and facing th customer in harshly . Rubbish lady... And also he asked 250rs instead of 231 stating he wants additonal charges for unloading... is this the company norms... This has to taken action from your end or ill take the action against your company and two branch staffs...

            Dear all,
            Day before yesterday[protected] two parcels booked from Chennai Koyambedu MSS to Dindigul MSS on name of PSG.TRADERS. All parcels are dry fruits and nuts items. Yesterday your office was leave. So Today morning I go and collect my materials in Dindigul office. I paid your transportation cost also. Then I'll check my two parcel, In this items One parcel one hole is there. I asked your concern person, he told here lot of rat issue is there. So your parcels are damaged say like this. Then after one and half hour I taken delivery . Then I opened my two parcels. One parcel 4 items are missed. My sending parties are correctly and check the item and booked. My materials is may be theft from your service location or on the way. So I need immediate solutions. Kindly rectify. I'm lot of time call your customer Care and Chennai Koyambedu MSS number. No one picked. Here I attached photo copy.

                  Parcel Missing and unethical behavior by General Manager

                  I would like to highlight two issues for which I am tired of following with no solution. For both issues MSS staff asked us to reach the Customer care/Head office for a solution and they are not ready to answer any more. I reached customer care and highlighted both the issues but they are not in a situation to provide me a solution.

                  I have ordered crackers from Unique Crackers. The crackers company parcel was booked on 13.10.2021 through the Mettur transport parcel service (MSS) from Krishnan Kovil Branch to Mayiladuthurai Branch. But still, I have not yet received my parcel even I spoke with Mettur transport parcel service following branches Krishanankoil, mayiladuthurai, Trichy they not provide the proper response for us and also treated not well.

                  Mettur head office Number does not Pick the call I have tried 100 more times. Please kindly resolve the issue at the earliest and help us.

                      My friend's has sent a parcel to me from sidhapur, Coimbatore. Really bad response from the ppl who attends the call. My parcel worth is 10k + . They ppl who was lethargic in there office will pay my money or what. This is my last service from MSS. I never seen this kinda worst response from parcel service team seriously

                          Hi my order Id is 8015823, crackers box from Sivakasi to Redhills, someone from MSS has thefted 10 boxes of sparkles, they tried to take some crackers from each box. This is not fair .

                            Respected sir, I would like to bring it to your attention that we have transported 3 boxes of items from Mettur parcel service guindy branch to MSS Madurai Kappalur Hub dated on 8th October. These items are pertaining to Diwali celebration and it is supposed to shipped on 21st through our agent from Madurai and the shipment should reach Dubai along with our other goods sent from various locations.

                            We have been following up with MSS for last 6 days there is no response from their end.
                            1. Every time a new person will pick up a call and they will ask to return the call after 30 mins, again we will end up in to a new call handler.
                            2. Their line is always busy, it is hard to get them on line. They don't have the habit of taking customer number and return call policy.
                            3. The tracker always shows the item in transit.
                            4. 18th October I have called them from Dubai because things were going out of control, I kept them on hold more than 30 minutes the final response I have received from Selvakumar MSS Guindy office - phone number[protected] the Madurai Hub kappalur branch not taking the call.
                            5. He has promised to update next day, again when I had called his mobile he confirmed that they are not able to track the item, next day when I sent a message he replied that he is in a meeting till 12, when I called again after 12 India time he said still the meeting is going on.
                            6. Finally he gave two contact number to deal with for Complaints, Ramesh[protected] when I called this number it landed in their head office with a telephone operator again tracking number and same story never ending.
                            7. Today they gave me a new number Hari- Koyembedu office [protected], he also gave me the same promise to revert back in 2 hrs.

                            Every time when I call this office there is no proper reply. A shipment which is suppose to reach a destination with in 3 working days, after 13 days also they are not able to update with proper picture. A company to need to update the customer if the item is missing, which is not happening with MSS.

                            I have spent lot of time and money in making phone call to reach out people which has created so much stress and calling cost of Duabi to Chennai. And it created a lot of stress and anxiety in my personal life.

                            Hence I am looking for a financial compensation for my lost goods and the stress, amount of time and frustration caused by Mettur Paracel service.

                            Kindly provide us a suitable solution at the earliest.

                                    I sent my bike from Bangalore to Manamadurai office on 04/10/20. But It's been a week. But still I didn't receive my bike. Don't know when they are going to send. If I call them no response. I went to Manamadurai office and asked the reason for delay. He said, your bike has reached Madurai Kappalur hub. If you want you can go and take your bike there. I never experienced this kind of worst response and service in my life. Please do not use their service even you don't have any other option to send your items.
