I have sent to parcel to palladam and pollachi. palladam parcel is lost.no response from the booking location pattukkottai. pollachi parcel is damaged. no response from booking location pattukkottai.

Also I am unable to reach mss head office. I lost around 10k INR becoz of their pathetic service kindly help me to gat justice

Very very poor response and worst delivery in time...

Reg no 6838943 booking the parcel that date too till no response everyone very very poor service your service just 50 km delivery place very long delay and no one respinse I will published the internet your poor service and worst response...

Please justify still my parcel not received. due to our parcel booking office in waiting last 3days not shifted to next office

Last three or four occasions especially when snacks/ burfi cartons are in transit, the parcel is wantonly tampered by your people. The delivery center at Guindy have no proper response/answers for our queries. They simply blame the booking point. Though the service charges are cheap these type of attitude by your employees bring bad name for your organization. Please take remedial measures and sack the culprits.

Still now its not delivered. In delivery location, they are attending the call for first time and asking to call after ten minutes. Then there is no response at all. This is very bad. Kindly resolve the issue asap...

FOR 700KGS PACKED IN HDPE BAG THEY CHARGES Rs 5146 WHICH WAS VERY HIGH.

Kindly check & tell them not to charge this much...

We had sent parcel from bangalore to trichy, according to the opposite party order from MSS(Metro Super Service) .
After the parcel was sent they are calling us and telling that the parcel was caught by sale tax, and asking us hefty amount to give the sale tax person.
When i asked about the details of the office which caught them, they are not giving us any details, just asking cash !
And I’m sure it’s somebody...

We place booking 20th April frm Panruti to Mannargudi for 5 kg percel but they received only about 3.5 kg.

We missed (1.5 kg ) and item damaged (irresponsible answer from mannargudi agent staffs)

The agent is now saying that the parcel is missing .

Usually i sent goods from tiruppur to panrutti via mss only...that mss office never delivered goods on time...

Today I went to perundurai mettur super service to receive my parcel... My parcel amount is 130rs..i gave 230rs...the cashier boy have enough cash. But he didn't give correct change.. He argue me and try to fight with me.. He is so irresponsible and irrespective... I'm so upset... Very bad experience in Ms's... Pls take action on him......
