My parcel was booked at tirupur pushpa theater branch on 6/7/2021. I did not recieved parcel yet I called Trichy hub and central bus stand there is no response. Today 18.7.2021 they are saying that my parcel got missed. I need my parcel back or claim against my parcel as soon as possible. My G.C.NO.6929885

    I sent 4 white bundles from thiruthuraipoondi to Hyderabad Nacharam (#6886485) on July 1st 2021. Parcel went from thiruthuraipoondi to tirchy hub on the next day. My parcel was in tirchy for almost 10 days and I was calling them daily to move it. Finally, they sent my parcel on July 12th 1 out of 4 white bundle and on July 13th another 2 white bundles to chennai. On July 17, I got a message to collect parcel from nacharam. I went to nacharam, but only 3 white bundles were there. I spoke to Prasath and saravannan in tirchy hub, regarding missing white bundle, they told me can't find it, they will pay cash. I said I need the white bundle, prasath said flie a case or do whatever you want, you will not get it. Is it a way you will treat your customer. It is value of more than 15k. It was missed in tirchy hub. So prasath and saravanan were responsible for my missing bundle. I need my missing parcel, kindly do the needful.

        Today asked for package the executive said to pay ₹200 to collect the bag. Immediately he won't give the package he will ask to wait for 45min to deliver the package

                    I lost my booked parcel (L.R No: 5710412) from Dharapuram to Nagapattinam on 21 Jan 2021. Total 3 no.s of white bundle was booked by my supplier. In this 1 no.s of bundle was missed. I contacted so many levels of people in MSS office in different location. But these gentle man's are given different answers to me. Mr.Tamil : [protected], Mr. Rajkumar :[protected], Mettur office - [protected], Mettur office -G.M - [protected], Trichy office Manager- [protected]. Last 7 months I am following these gentle man's. But till now I didn't get my missed parcel worth of Rs.10k.

                      In my company used monthly for parcel delivery in mss .
                      What price it shown to pay that amount I had paid but in your agent member asked extra amount for per bag asked 7to 10 rs what charges that why I paid that amount this is nessary please tell me detail

                      Note:I take the parcell and I only load my truck never use that your agent then why I want to pay extra amount...

                      2 Ice boxes booked from Vandalore branch on 24.06.2021 to Trichy, They have loaded it on 25.06.2021, AS of today they are telling the parcel was received in Salem. Salem branch people are saying that they are checking it in Trichy Hub. They told they will tell the exact location where it is by 4.30 PM today afterwards they are not picking the phone. due to this we are lost our production, so we are claiming Rs 5000/- to compensate our loss & please also send us the location where the box is??

                                Last three or four occasions especially when snacks/ burfi cartons are in transit, the parcel is wantonly tampered by your people. The delivery center at Guindy have no proper response/answers for our queries. They simply blame the booking point. Though the service charges are cheap these type of attitude by your employees bring bad name for your organization. Please take remedial measures and sack the culprits.
