Mettur Super Services — Parcel Missing and unethical behavior by General Manager

I would like to highlight two issues for which I am tired of following with no solution. For both issues MSS staff asked us to reach the Customer care/Head office for a solution and they are not ready to answer any more. I reached customer care and highlighted both the issues but they are not in a situation to provide me a solution.

Later I got a number from the General Manager. I humbly called the General Manager, another person picked the call and conveyed to me like GM is in driving. I tried to explain the situation but immediately both of them shouted abusive words at me over the call and were not ready to respond. Really shocked how a General manager treats a customer in such a way? "A big concern with an irresponsible General Manager".

I am just looking for a responsible person to sort out the below issues.

Issue - 1 : L/R No : 8150181
This parcel booked at sattur and to be delivered to the Customer GURU @Koyembedu. But when the customer reached the Koyambedu office, he came to know that the parcel was delivered to an unknown person. The name mentioned in the delivery note is "KUMAR" and the ID Proof received by the MSS staff has a different name. Koyambedu Staff accepted the mistake but nothing moved from there. The parcel worth is 12, 000 which is still not delivered to the correct recipient.

Issue - 2 : L/R No : 8150138
This Parcel is booked at sattur and to be delivered to the customer @Thanjavur. The customer reached the Thanjavur office as soon as the parcel reached the Thanjavur office but the office staff said the parcel was missing. The parcel is still missing and not delivered to the customer. Worth : 5700 Rs
