Mg University — complaint regarding degree certificate

I have applied for degree certificate on 02.10.2018. All documents are submitted. Payment is also done successfully. Now, i am not able to track the progress. There is no update about the progress. There is no link available on mgu to track the progress. This is frustrating and embarrassing. I need it on urgent basis. I cleared my post graduation in 2014 but till now i didn't get my degree certificate. I am dialing the support number however no one is picking up phone. My mgu roll no. Is mgu[protected]. Please help me to get my certificate...
