Mg University — Convocation Degree Not Received (Tatkal)

I am applied for Convocation Degree for MG University where i have already submitted the form along with the fees required (Tatkal) but i haven't heard from anyone yet. Its been 2 weeks since i applied and i tried to contact the university dept, through different channels but there was no response from either of the channels.
I require the degree urgently, as i already have submitted all the statement of marksheets for all the semesters.
