[Resolved] Mg University — degree certificate is not received | |||
I have enrolled for mgu mca and have completed the course under enrollment no:mgu/131/sn1105002/031 Program: mca Code: sn1105002 . After completion i have applied for the degree certificate three months back with all the relvant documents mentioned as well as a online payment of rs. 5000.00 in favour of mgu, but i have still no got any information regarding the same. No response regarding degree certificate and yet i have not received my certificate. Also, no one is receiving my phone calls since last couple of weeks and not replying to mail as well. I am doing a daily follow up with them but at times they do not answer my calls. Highly unprofessional behaviour by keeping a student's career at stake and harassing a serving defence personnel. I have completed my BBA on 2014. It was through distance education. i paid the for certificate. but till now i didnt got it.
What should i do to get it ??? when i registred on the mgu site its showing another persons name on my enroll.
