Mg University — Delay in issuing of consolidated and provisional certificate

RESPECTED SIR/MADAM,
As I am (SNEHA K, Register No:[protected] has completed (BSc MTHEMATICS MODEL II COMPUTER SCIENCE) from " Sree Narayana Truts Arts and science college Pambanar, Peermade, IDUKKI" in the year[protected] applied for my consolidated and provisional certificate on february 13 and on 18th february processing message has come but till date july 7 I did not receive my certificate. Due to this I has lost my 1 year. I wish to do PG this year. My friends applied and get the certificate within 1 month itself . Please, this is a necessary need to my higher education.
Its very urgent for my future plans studies and jobs also.
Kindly, please issue my consolidated and provisional mark list as soon as possible.
