Mg University — Final Degree certificate is not received

I have completed the MCA under enrollment no: ER[protected] in 2019
Then I have applied for the degree certificate.

Still now I didn't receive my certificate. Its more than 3 years

Exams, Results valuation everything is infinitely delayed. They spoil students carrier.
