I've recieved my consolidated mark list and provisional certificate in May 2023 and has applied for the original certificate. It's been five months after applying the certificate. I would like to recieve it at the earliest as I'll be leaving to go to Qatar for further studies. I've attached my address below. I request you to take this into consideration and do the same.
