Mg University — I didn't receive my original degree certificate

My name is Aljas Ali, I have completed my B.com with computer degree course in KMEA College in the year 2020 and have applied for the degree original certificate on July 2021 through FAST TRACK and they told me that the original certificate will get within one month. But I have received an email saying some documents have detected defect. I reached MG University office directly and they told me to reply to the mail attaching the clear copy of defected certificates. I have done like they said and till my certificates are not yet came. Many times I tried for getting the helpline number but never connected. kindly request the concerned people to take necessary action and do the needful.
